•. The resort is very big with a good number of pools, and one of the pools faces the ocean, which is very nice
• There is an ample number of sunbeds. However, it might get a bit crowded during the summer, so you need to find your place
• It is an all-inclusive resort, which means there was food all throughout the day, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks
• There is also a restaurant which serves unlimited drinks throughout the night along with snacks, so they make sure you are not left hungry
• The staff is amazing and very nice. They work 24/7 to make sure you have everything you need
• It also has evening entertainment and activities throughout the day
• There is a gym, a spa, a sauna, and also massage
• The minibar is also included in the resort, and it is filled alternate days. They also make sure you have everything, and sometimes if you ask for something extra, they give it to you
• There is daily room service, and towels are also provided for the beach
• It is a fantastic experience — everything is really, really nice
What I didn’t like:
• There are no bath robes provided. You only have the pool towels.
• The shower in the room was very, very slow, and the water pressure was not very good, so it was sometimes difficult to take a shower

Me encantó todo, desde que llegamos nos trataron súper bien y fueron muy atentos con nosotros.
Recepcionista, camareras de piso, camareros, cocineros todos excelente, destacar a Solmary la camarera que nos atendió en el italiano fue increíble, siempre con una sonrisa, súper atenta, trasmitía paz y alegría y también destacar a Silvia de cocina que la conocimos en el buffet, también siempre con una sonrisa, muy amable y muy atenta a todas nuestras preguntas.
Primera vez que voy a un Riu pero no la última
Ubicación. Limpieza y mantenimiento. Y sobre todo la atención del personal. La comida muy bien en todos los restaurantes.
La entrada hasta las 15h es un poco tarde. A pesar de que te dan todas la facilidades para comer y dejar el equipaje
La comida es abundante y de buena calidad. El personal muy amable y servicial.
Leí comentarios que clasificaban al hotel como "muy familiar", masificado, en los que se intuía que el ambiente no era adecuado para descansar. Pero nuestra experiencia fue todo lo contrario, descansamos muy bien, es muy grande y hay zonas muy tranquilas sin ruido para descansar.
La animación y actividades son discretas y no interrumpen el descanso.
Escogimos este hotel por los restaurantes a la carta y nos llevamos la sorpresa de que no estaban abiertos ni lunes ni martes, (nuestra estancia fue de domingo a miércoles) . Creo que esta información debería estar disponible antes de la reserva para poder planificar mejor los días de estancia
Location for us was perfect - on the coast and promenade with sea view but no direct beach access (did not need this). Hotel was big but efficiently run. Room had safe, mini bar and kettle. Bathroom had shampoo and shower gel. Pools were great and there was a choice from main ones, sport one, kids one and adult only. Buffet food was very good (not quite up to Mexico Cancun AI standards) - choice of extra restaurants (Italian, Asian and Steakhouse were sampled in our 5 day stay) was particularly nice

Chambre spacieuse, propre, beaucoup de ceintres.
Couloir trop bruyant/chambre mà isolée su couloir. Les chariots des ménagères font énormément de bruit en roulant, portes claquées et personnel qui parle foet dans le couloir. Impossible de faire une grace matinée.
Odeur d’égout lorsque je prenais ma douche.
Je n'ai reçu aucune explication de la réception à mon check-in concernant le fonctionnement de l’hôtel, les facilités, etc...
Transats toujours occupés par des serviettes sans personne et aucun staff pour faire la loi, dôc si on fait une grasse matinée on ne peut pas avoir une bonne place (piscine à débordement).
Pas d'options de réserver des excursions depuis l’hôtel.

La atencion de recepcion. Muy basica, poca info y lo peor no leen y aplican las peticiones. Habia reservado cama de matrimonio y me dieron una habitacion en mala zona y con 2 camas. Pedi el cambio y me dieron una algo mejor con cama de matrimonio.
