הצוות היה ממש אדיב, החליפו לנו חדר לחדר עם מיטה זוגית ולא מיטות צמודות. קבלת הפנים היתה נעימה ומסודרת.

Completely unfriendly attitude of the staff. For the most part the concept of 'customer service' is alien to them.
No plug in the basin; the TV didn't work; the coffee machine ejected coffee all over the floor.
Coffee sachets were not replenished.
