Very comfortable stay at Eldan.

An hotel without any quality
Pros:

the hotel is near Mamila mall and the old city which is the best.
the size of the superior room was good.
there is free parking in the basement for the customers.
there is an outdoor terrace.

Cons:

We didn't got our rooms at 3pm like expected. We got them at 9pm. a shame!
When they gave us the rooms, we got standard rooms, not the ones we ordered. Then after complaints (what I didn't expect after 6 hours waiting) we got the correct superior rooms.
The rooms:
It lacks a bit of character, there is nothing in the walls
There was a smell of mold in the room
there was just a poor lamp to light the room. no bedside lamp.
There is a coffee machine in the rooms, unfortunately, the water that comes out of the machine is cold.
There was no kettle or tea bag for those who don't like coffee.
The beds were too hard, grade 5, and so were the cushions. They looked like sofa cushions, hard and not comfortable.
In some places there was verdigris, especially on the toilet flush. besides the button broke.
The hallways were littered with trash and mattresses with their box springs
The Breakfast:
- Coffee was not hot (but comes out of the machine)
- Breads and croissants and cakes were not fresh from the morning
- No spoons, only wooden sticks
- No jams
- In short, you don't have to expect much

Overall I am disappointed with the hotel. I expected a little more based on what customers wrote about it. A hotel without any quality.
