Can’t wait to go back for a forth time!
Pros:

Best hotel in the area, no doubt about it! The location is great, the pool areas and all the palm trees, the impressive reception and the food is fantastic!

Cons:

Can’t find anything not to like.

Hotel oggettivamente molto bello e molto curato in tutto. Hotel lussuoso. Camere veramente belle e pulizia ottima. Cibo ottimo tutto molto buono.

La qualité du buffet du matin et du soir, la chambre, le calme de la chambre , la propreté .

Cons:

La salle de sport trop petite, piscine gelée en mai, manque une machine à espresso dans la chambre , manque de pantoufle , coton tige , et tout le nécessaire dans la salle de bain.

The staff was always pleasant, courteous and welcoming. I've never been to a cleaner hotel. Tje food in the restaurant was delicious. On Saturday, I had the best fillet mignon. So delicious.

The ice machines. The machine on floor 1 never had ice. On the third, it was 50/50 if it would produce ice. The bottom drawer of the bureau in room 80 wasn't working well. I thought maybe it was something I did. It wasn't. I pulled the drawer out to put back properly, but found the screw holding the drawer rail in place had come out, so I fixed it...temporarily. be better bigger screw will be needed to keep the railing permanently. Also, after my room had been cleaned on Saturday, later in the afternoon, I discovered another house cleaner came in and made a few adjustments. Normally, this wouldn't be a problem, but I had some very personal items out in plain site, which could be rather embarrassing.

Le matelas un peu trop mou et déformé!
Le menu proposé au restaurant Oasis nous a déçu en ce qui concerne les tapas et le poisson. La présence soudaine d’un petit cafard autour du buffet à jus de fruits nous a surpris au petit déjeuner au matin de notre départ et a contrasté quelque peu notre impression positive de propreté de l’établissement
