Fabulous hotel, excellent food and staff are exceptional
Pros:

Modern and fancy reception, staff are exceptional and very friendly. Food was very nice, tasty and fresh. Lots of varieties of food throughout the week. Cleanliness was brilliant.

Cons:

Ice machine was broken on our wing of the hotel and there was no ice machine on the 1st floor where we were, we had to go to the other wing which was far from our room for ice. We were given a ground floor room upon arrival with zero views, we had requested a high up room with nice views we know we didn’t pay extra for sea view but still when staying 10 nights we would have preferred a nice room. We said it to reception and they moved us the following day to a room on 1st floor which was perfect for us. No courtesy water at dinner was a shame, however it was there for breakfast. We still would have bought alcohol and soft drinks even if there was free water.

Het was geweldig! Ik ging een week alleen opvakantie (als 25-jarige). Super personeel, ze maken graag een praatje met je. Resort en kamers zeer schoon. Het eten is perfect🙏🏻 Nog een pluspunt was dat er een dame bij de receptie Nederlands spreekt, dat vond ik bij het inchecken zeer prettig. Ik kom zeker een keer terug👍

Pros:

Dall’accoglienza si era capito che qua ci fosse un’atmosfera speciale. Infatti così è stato: buffet di colazione e cena veramente straordinari, piscina meravigliosa, posizione veramente clamorosa. Che dire poi del personale: preparato, serio, preciso e soprattutto gentile, sorridente e disponibile. Esperienza veramente stupenda e consigliata a chiunque!

Relax en un hotel
Pros:

La amabilidad de todo el personal, desde la camarera de pisos hasta el metre del restaurante pasando por los recepcionistas y todo el personal con el que te ves, siempre con una sonrisa y saludando.
Excelente limpieza
Comida variada y de calidad
Ubicación cerca de las dunas

Cons:

Quizá que los colchones eran muy blandos para nuestro gusto, lo dijimos y nos pusieron unos nuevos casi sin espera

Pros:

The hotel was an excellent location just metres from the famous Maspalomas dunes. The hotel staff where so friendly and welcoming honestly could not praise them enough!. The hotel was spotlessly clean from top to bottom and the food selection at meal services was excellent!. Can't wait to stay again!.

Absolutely nothing i didn't like about our stay.
