Pros:

The hotel was an excellent location just metres from the famous Maspalomas dunes. The hotel staff where so friendly and welcoming honestly could not praise them enough!. The hotel was spotlessly clean from top to bottom and the food selection at meal services was excellent!. Can't wait to stay again!.

Cons:

Absolutely nothing i didn't like about our stay.

Trés très bien !
Pros:

Accueil et personnel aux petits soins, très belle chambre vue sur dunes et mer. Buffets bien garnis matin et soir, deux excellents restaurants de spécialités inclus dans le prix, calme.
Piscine très confortable.

Cons:

Rien !
Peut-être plage un peu loin, car il fait traverser les dunes (mais c'est le fun!).

Die Anlage ist sehr sauber. Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Auswahl des Buffets war hervorragend.

Cons:

Die Liegen am Pool sind eines 5 Sterne Hotels nicht würdig. Es fehlen einfach Auflagen. Das Hotel liegt zu weit vom Strand entfernt. Leider haben die Pools nur eine Wassertiefe von 1,10m, dadurch ist das Wasser schon jetzt im Juni nicht mehr erfrischend.

Relaxing exotic comfortable stay!
Pros:

Good quality and variety in the buffet, spacious room, amazing location right next to the dunes and playa de Ingles, upscale visitors, an atmosphere of mutual respect and discretion.

Cons:

For a 5 star hotel complimentary water should be provided on a daily basis.
