Very ok
We had an amazing stay at this hotel. We booked the two-bedroom apartment, and it was lovely. There was plenty of space, and having the option to cook made our stay even more comfortable.
The apartment was a little far from some places, but the service was amazing. The reception staff were very kind, helpful, and welcoming. My family really enjoyed our stay here, and I highly recommend it. We would definitely come back again.

The hotel is great, rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff was great and very helpful and professional each and every one of them. It is perfect for family stays. Lots of restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacy downstairs. Metro station nearby and uber very easy to get at this location.

I don’t usually write reviews, especially negative ones. I’ve stayed at this hotel around 15 times and have always been happy, which makes this experience even more disappointing.
It started at check-in when I was given a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. I politely asked the receptionist if I could change my room, but he refused to help. The following day, the manager stepped in. He was kind, professional, and immediately arranged a different room, which I truly appreciated.
A few days later, I asked reception to have my room cleaned. When I returned that evening, only the floor had been mopped and the trash had been taken out. The bed sheets had not been changed, so I politely asked reception to send me fresh bed linen so I could change it myself.
Despite explaining exactly what I needed, I had to call several times and go to reception two or three times. Every time, I received different items instead of what I had requested. I can understand one translation mistake, but after explaining the same simple request several times, I can only assume my request kept being translated incorrectlyAfter more than an hour, I was simply too exhausted to keep asking.
What disappointed me most was the attitude of the same male staff member. He barely looked at me while speaking, showed no genuine interest in helping, and made me feel as though I was bothering him by asking for basic assistance. As a woman travelling without a male companion, I genuinely felt that my concerns were not taken seriously or treated with the respect every guest deserves.
To sum up, I left with the feeling that my concerns simply didn’t matter. Instead of feeling like a valued guest, I felt like I was the problem every time I asked for help. No guest should leave feeling ignored or disrespected after making such simple requests, but unfortunately, that was my experience.
I sincerely hope the hotel ensures that every guest is treated with the same level of respect and professionalism.
