Very good, great staff and next time I will ask for a room on the other side from reception, to avoid noise.
Pros:

Excellent bathroom. Clean.

Staff very good.

Cons:

I found it noisy when customers were outside, presumably smoking, late into the night. Impacted my sleep.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 10 minutes de tous les points d'intérêts, l'accueil et la gentillesse du personnel. Merci au réceptionniste de nous avoir permis de déjeuner dans la salle du restaurant avant de pouvoir récupérer nos chambres.
La chambre était très propre et le thé glacé en guise de boisson d'accueil très appréciable. Merci pour tout, nous reviendrons sans hésitation.

La habitacion es super comoda y moderna. Colchon y sabanas muy buena calidad, la habitacion estaba super limpia y la medida es una medida super confortable para dos personas . Yo fui con mi mascota y estuvimos muy comodos los 3. Si vas con auto tenes un parking en frente del hotel y esta a muy buen precio. A 3 min caminando hay un restaurant muy bueno tipo trattoria francesa exquisito y esta muy cerca del centro. La zona del hotel es muy tranquila y segura.

Cons:

lo unico que tengo para decir es que mejoraria la coccion de los huevos ruvueltos . Estaban un poco arenosos.

Une forte odeur de graisse imprégnait tout le hall, le bar et le restaurant. Le lendemain matin, l'alarme incendie s'est déclenchée sans coordination, faute d'information de la part du personnel. C'était le chaos. Les procédures d'urgence doivent être revues de toute urgence.

Comfortable and convenient with excellent staff
Pros:

The hotel is just across the road from the train station. The room we had was spacious and clean and the bed very comfortable. The staff were all absolutely lovely. An easy walk to all the attractions.

Cons:

The shower screen is too small so water goes everywhere. The room we had was directly above the front door. People tended to crowd around there to smoke so it was a bit noisy (and smelly) during the night.
