Struttura con spa inagibile

Lo si trova facilmente.

Cons:

Volevo stare li solo in giornata senza usufruire della notte e ne colazione, ho scelto la struttura esclusivamente per usufruire della spa.
Arrivando sul posto ho trovato subito il disagio che la spa era inagibile, ho chiesto il rimborso per un qualcosa non dovuta a me ma alla struttura.
Non ho mai fatto il check-in non ho mai soggiornato alla struttura e non ho mai avuto il rimborso di 155 euro.
Receptionista senza voglia di stare a spiegare e non vedeva l'ora che me ne andavo, non hanno capito il mio disagio e hanno pensato solo a guadagnare su un soggiorno mai fatto.

Lokalita fajn, aj hotel ako taký.

Cons:

Obsluha v reštaurácii bola uplna katastrofa. Na jedného z nás počas večere úplne zabudli. Neurychlili to ani naše urgencie. Personál sa viac venoval alkoholu ako obsluhe. Škoda, inak príjemna zastávka pri jazere Garda.

Sehr schmutzig, Ausfall der gesamten Klimaanlage, der versprochene Ventilator wurde nicht geliefert, aus den decken ist Wasser geflossen, das über mehrere Tage.
