Thanks to Leo, any other problems were not important. He was always available, did he ever sleep?
Pros:

Leo was extremely helpful along with other staff members he certainly looked after us.
Position on Av El Pedregal meant it was easy to get around the city.

Cons:

This is not a criticism of the hotelier. Very low water pressure in the shower, probly due to the poor water supply but we managed.

Una estancia tranquila y amena
Pros:

Nos agradó mucho la ubicación del hotel muy central en Getsemani. La cama estaba muy cómoda y la habitación amplia. El personal fue muy amable y atento a nuestras necesidades, nos colaboraron en tomar el desayuno antes de la hora disponible para que pudiéramos tomar nuestro tour sin contratiempos. El desayuno estaba delicioso tipo americano con fruta de temporada.

Un séjour parfait.
Pros:

Un emplacement parfait (dans le cœur de la ville, mais juste à l’abri de la cohue), un hôtel charmant, une magnifique terrasse et un personnel super accueillant et pro. Même si notre départ était très tôt, monsieur Léo nous avait préparé un petit déjeuner à emporter !-)

Cons:

On n’a eu la surprise d’avoir un festival de musique à notre porte, mais heureusement que tout était remballé vers minuit.

Pros:

Me encantó la atención del personal, siempre muy amables y dispuestos a ayudar. Más allá de las habitaciones impecables, limpieza y comodidad, me quedo con la calidad de gente que trabaja en Patio de Getsemani. Fueron atentos conmigo desde antes de llegar, durante la estadía y después de la estadía. Me quedo satisfecho y contento, súper recomendado.

It’s a good place to stay but it’s expensive for what you’re getting.
Pros:

The A/C and location was good, everything within walking distance. Breakfast was simple yet good.

Cons:

They surface clean, I saw some stains on my beddings and pillows. They made the bed but didn’t deep clean much. Traffic is loud! Bathroom is way smaller than the pictures they show.

Pros:

La disposición a ayudar del hotel, nos cambiaron el vuelo y tuvimos que ajustar la reserva a menos días y lo hicieron sin problema, además de prepararnos el desayuno antes de la hora para poder llegar con tiempo a un viaje. Todo excelente.

I loved my stay here
Pros:

Excellent staff and excellent location
Pros:

I had a great stay at patio de Getsamani. The staff were truly the highlight, attentive, welcoming, and always going the extra mile to make sure everything was comfortable and seamless. Their hospitality really made the experience stand out.

The room itself offers a peaceful atmosphere, which is perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is excellent!

Overall, I’d absolutely recommend staying here if you’re looking for great service and a quiet place to unwind but close to all the excitement the walled city has to offer.

Great location, style, and staff.
Pros:

I had a long and stressful travel and booked this hotel. When I arrived I was greeted with breakfast and an eager staff to make my experience wonderful. Leo was very accomodating. Thank you!

Pros:

The owner and staff were so incredibly helpful and friendly, extremely welcoming. The owner made a packed breakfast for us to take on our early morning flight, which was incredibly nice gesture. The hotel was in a great location with a great view from the roof terrace.

Pros:

Vivimos una experiencia inolvidable, don leo, la señora alba y la señorita eimy fueron muy atentos desde el primer dia que llegamos al hotel, muy preocupados siempre. Estamos muy agradecidos y recomendamos 100% la estadia en el hotel patio de getsemaní gracias a su ubicacion y cercania siempre estuvimos a no mas de 15 minutos de la gran mayoria de restaurantes , boutiques y vida nocturna, por lo cual, salir nunca fue un problema, incluso siempre estuvieron pendientes si habiamos tomado desayuno o si estábamos bien durante los tours lo que nos hizo sentir una confianza que en otros lugares no se dá. Finalmente destacar el lindo detalle que nos dieron para celebrar nuestra luna de miel lo que hizo que nuestra experiencia fuera aun mas inolvidable.  Recomendamos a todos que vengan a cartagena donde la rumba es 24/7,  donde su gente es muy alegre, y sobretodo, vengan al hotel patio de getsemaní donde se sentiran comodos y acogidos por su gente calida, amable y preocupada, lo que hara de su estadía una experiencia acogedora.

A estadia foi maravilhosa, equipe super atenciosa, sempre dispostos a ajudar.Sem contar a localização excelente.

Camas confortáveis, roupas de cama e banho sempre limpas, quarto com tamanho ideal para 2 pessoas, ambiente super confortável, cafe da manha maravilhoso e equipe muito atenciosa. Nos sentimos em casa, com tanto carinho e atenção

A unica coisa que acabou decepcionando um pouco foi o fato da jacuzzi nao estar limpa no período que estivemos la.
