Would NOT recommend
Pros:

The location is good and near to the IGI airport.

Cons:

1. The receptionist asked us to pay additional money, claiming it was for taxes, even though our booking already included all taxes. This happened both during check-in and check-out. While it may have been a misunderstanding, it created a very unpleasant experience and came across as unprofessional.
2. The rooms were old, had an unpleasant smell(like a sewage), and the bathroom was poorly maintained. Also, the ongoing construction work(not mentioned prior) leads to random noise at night time.
3. Poor service: Despite making multiple requests, the staff did not provide drinking water in the room.

Comfy Stay
Pros:

I like the lean and comfortable stay arrangements at the hotel.

Cons:

Everything is good. Checking in can be quicker specially because stay is so short ie. 8 pm to 4 am for 8 hours only.

Good location but could be better if they answer the damn phone.
Pros:

Liked the location.

Cons:

I don’t like the fact that they don’t answer the phone when I call them and, they don’t reply to messages in time. Telephone service is kaput. Don’t expect to phone them and get your answers, which is a shame.

Pros:

Stayed here while in transit waiting from my connecting flight. The room was comfortable and the staff were kind and helpful. I actually left my luggage in the taxi I hired from the airport, and the staff from the hotel helped me get it back, by assigning a driver to the airport, and speaking with the airport taxi service.
