Pros:

There was stuff with disability and it was very fulfilling to see a high end hotel hiring diverse people. The location was amazing and it was altogether a pleasant stay. It was clean as well.

Cons:

The property is very old therefore a lot of the things couldn't met my expectations. They couldn't help me to change my USD to local currency and also refused to take payment in USD so I had to walk for a km to exchange my currency. That part of the customer service was upsetting. The breakfast spread and the food taste could have been better

Disappointing and woeful staff !
Cons:

Staff were hopeless, as was the check in. In room phone did not work, had to ask for normal things like bottled water three times. I will not be staying again.

Cons:

Sauberkeit. Ausstattung des Zimmers. Bad extrem renovierungsbedürftig.

Pros:

I would like to say thank to all the staff that worked on the 10th to 11th June.
My son was booked in on the 10th to the 11th he has additional needs, he was stuck in Dehli due to missing his connection flight.
We booked emergency ticket, to help him with his ongoing journey.
Thanks to the stuff who helped made his stay comfortable, and assisted him, it was a very difficult and distressing situation.
I can not thank enough how everyone played their part in keeping someone safe, who is not familiar to the area.
