Parfait, emplacement idéal
Pros:

Gentillesse et professionnalisme des employés.
Chambres et communs spacieux, endroit verdoyant, la propreté.
Plusieurs environnements d’animation différents.
Variété des buffets

Cons:

Rien de fondamental mais incohérence dans le planning des cours de sport (entre l’application et l’équipe d’animation) qui n’ont du coup pas attiré beaucoup de monde, et restaurant asiatique pas à la hauteur

En general nos gustó todo del hotel.

Cons:

Lo que no nos gustó fue que al final de la estancia nos dimos cuenta que nos desapareció dinero de la cartera que teníamos dentro de la maleta en la habitación. Recomendable usar la caja fuerte!

Cons:

Organização do Buffet deve ser revista para garantir maior fluidez e reposição de produtos, bar da praia deve ter outras alternativas de bebidas (agua, sumos de máquina e cerveja bastante pouco comparado com outras alternativas)

Great stay overall
Pros:

Beach is close by, The food was great, unlike many buffets where everything ends up tasting the same. There were also plenty of activities, so you never get bored. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The only downside was the mosquitoes. Even though I kept the balcony door closed, I had to kill several mosquitoes every night, and the ones I missed kept me awake. I also found a cockroach once.

La struttura curata, piscina pulita, cibo ottimo, vario e abbondante, luoghi comuni ben tenuti e puliti, staff gentile e disponibile.

Cons:

Il check in ha richiesto molto tempo a causa di difficoltà con i terminali non compatibili con tutte le carte di credito, un po di difficoltà nella risoluzione del problema. La camera da letto avrebbe bisogno di un’imbiancata a causa dell’umidità.

Pros:

El hotel es muy bonito y está muy cuidado. Está a 5 min de la playa que es preciosa. Las camas eran cómodas. Las comidas están muy buenas y las fiestas que se montan los viernes son increíbles.

Cons:

Considero que, para el precio que tiene la habitación, el estado de conservación es claramente mejorable. Las paredes estaban muy sucias, las cortinas presentaban suciedad y roturas, y la puerta de la terraza no cerraba correctamente, lo que permitía la entrada de insectos. Además, las colchas tenían manchas visibles. En general, la habitación necesita una reforma y un mejor mantenimiento.
Tampoco me gustó la gestión de la playa. Había una gran cantidad de colillas dejadas por turistas irresponsables y no observé labores suficientes de limpieza. Sería conveniente realizar un mantenimiento más frecuente, instalar carteles de advertencia y facilitar ceniceros para ayudar a mantener la zona limpia.

Cockroaches everywhere
Cons:

The hotel is full of cockroachs. I found one in my room on my first night, I asked them to change the room because I have phobia and I can't stay in the room, the staff were very cold but agreed to change after alot of argument. once I arrived to the new room, again it had a cockroach in it. They refused to move me again, but promised that they will move me in the morning.
In the morning I went to speal to them, they had no idea about the problem and completely ignored it and refused to change my room.
I didn't sleep for 2 nights.
