המלון נוח, סהכ נקי ומסודר. הצוות סייע לי מאוד בנושאים מסויימים.

Cons:

היו פגמים בחדר שקיבלתי - דלת הארון הייתה שבורה, הושארו פריטי ניקיון כמו מטלית בכיור. החדר גדול אבל מאוד לא מאובזר, היה יכול להיות נחמד לשים ספה או כורסה נוחה. ארוחת הבוקר נראית מאוד מגוונת אבל אפילו שהודעתי מראש שאני זקוק לארוחה ללא גלוטן, כל מה שקיבלתי היה כמה פרוסות לחם קפוא והסברעל ידי השפית ש'"כל הסלטים ללא גלוטן" מה שבהחלט לא היה נכון. בשנת 2026 צריכה להיות למלונות עסקים מסוג זה מודעות גבוהה יותר לאלרגיות ורגישויות ומענה יותר מגוון וראוי שלא יגרום לאורח להרגיש סוג ב'. חבל.

Cons:

התאכזבתי מאוד מהחוויה במלון. ירדנו לחדר האוכל והיצע האוכל היה דל מאוד – כמעט שלא היה מגוון, ובעיקר הוגשו בורקס וג’חנון.

הבעיה החמורה ביותר הייתה אזור הסלטים: כל הסלטייה הייתה מלאה ברחשים, מה שהיה מאוד לא היגייני ופשוט דחה אותנו מלאכול. זו חוויה שלא מצופה ממלון ברמה הזו.

אני מקווה שהנהלת המלון תטפל בנושא הניקיון וההיגיינה ותשפר משמעותית את מגוון האוכל, כדי שאורחים אחרים לא יחוו את אותה אכזבה

The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and helpful. The place was very clean and pleasant. The location is excellent, with plenty of parking nearby.

Cons:

The hotel is no longer new and could benefit from some maintenance and repairs. Some doors do not close properly, some furniture is damaged, and there are signs of water leaks. There are also plumbing noises from the bathroom that can be heard in the bedrooms. Overall, the rooms are not very well soundproofed.
