לירן קיבלה אותי בחיוך גדול, הייתה סבלנית, מקצועית ואכפתית, ודאגה שכל בקשה או שאלה יטופלו במהירות ובנועם. השירות שלה בהחלט שדרג את חוויית האירוח וגרם לי להרגיש רצויה לאורך כל השהות.
