טרקלין מעולה , שירות קבלה נעים.חוץ מהפינוי חדרים
היתה בעיה עם ארוחת הבוקר , מאחר והיינו מוזמנים למירוץ בוזולה,לא יכולנו לאכול כי השעות של המלון לא התאימו למרות שהביאו במלון לנו חמגשית, לא נוח והאוכל היה קר כשחזרנו למלון. וויתרנו על הארוחה , בנוסף כאשר הגענו למירוץ בידיעה שישחררו אותנו מאוחר מהרגיל אחרי 12 בצהרים עקב פקקים מהמירוץ ,היה קשה ומורכב לאסוף חפצים מבלי להתקלח לאחר מירוץ ולנסוע בצורה לא נעימה עד לצפון. חבל מאוד.

אנשי הצוות הקבלה חדר האוכל. הכל היה לשביעות רצוננו
טרקלין נעים עם שפע של אוכל ומשקאות שפתוח לאורחים (מגיל 18 בלבד) עד שעות הלילה.
באחד החדרים היו בקבוק קטן של יין ומארז ממתקים (אך בחדר אחר לא...)
מפתח החדר לא עבד והיה צורך לרדת שוב ושוב לקבלה. באחת הפעמים, ב2 בלילה, לא היה איש בקבלה (עישן בחוץ ולקח זמן עד שהבחין בנו).
לא היה שלט לTV וכשהתקשרנו לקבלה לא היה מענה.
המלון נמצא מול תחנת רכבת וזה נוח מאד לבאים ברכבת. לבאים ברכב- מדובר באיזור עמוס ואין בו חניה.
