Eine wunderbare Zeit. So wie wir es uns im Urlaub wünschen.
Pros:

Frühstück und Essen war vielseitig und lecker. Personal sehr freundlich. Zimmer bestens. Cocktail lecker. Personal sehr fleißig.

Cons:

Gläser am Pool finde ich gefährlich und unangenehm.

Miła obsługa,czysto i ładne baseny👍

Jedzenie było bardzo przeciętne,kolacja była do godziny 22,jak już skończyły się owoce około 21 nikt już żadnych owoców nie przynosił,dużo grup turystycznych ogólnie takie dobre sanatorium👍

Super séjour à l'hôtel Riu Madeira, nous reviendrons !
Pros:

Infrastructures supers ! Hôtel très agréable et très propre !
Nous y avons passé un super séjour !

Cons:

Quelques points un peu dommage, mais qui n'ont pas gâché notre séjour :
- la piscine ferme à 18h, c'est un peu tôt
- début du déjeuner à 13h, un peu tard avec les enfants et pour faire des sorties ensuite
- pas eu de chance certainement mais le cours de pilates n'a pas eu lieu !
- buffet qui propose beaucoup de diversité et certains plats sont très bons mais sur certains ingrédients la qualité est vraiment faible.

La proximité de Faro et de l'aéroport, le personnel était très sympa également

Cons:

En tant que portugais d'origine je trouve que le personnel pourrait employer en premier la langue du pays qui est le portugais, et seulement après parler anglais, allemand etc...
Quand je vais en vacances en Angleterre ou la France je ne m'attends pas à que le personnel me parle en portugais. En revanche avoir du personnel qui est bilingue ou trilingue je trouve ça très très bien

Location is very nice but the Hotel is very noisy
Pros:

The location of the Hotel was very nice with direct access to the waterfront.

Cons:

The room was very noisy. Isolation is very bad. We got a room above the restaurant and we could not rest at all because of the noise. Unfortunately, they did not have other available rooms, so we had to change Hotel after the first night. The quality of the food at the buffet restaurant was not very good.

Pros:

Booked after our flight was cancelled late at night. Hotel would not accept your email confirmation and we had to wait nearly an hour for them to receive direct notification from you. We selected this hotel as wanted a junior suite - which we were charged for. However on arrival the reception staff said they had none of these left, so we received an inferior room. WE WOUDL NOT HAVE CHOSEN THIS HOTEL - totally misled by your website.

Fantastisch hotel, schoon, mooi en goed eten.
Pros:

Vriendelijkheid, netheid, grote keuze maaltijden, entertainment

Cons:

Hoeveelheid mensen, te snel afruimen van je tafel (als je nog eten haalt, heb je kans dat je tafel ineens weg is)

Perfect hotel
Pros:

Alles was goed, mooi uitzicht, voldoende ligbedden, erg goed eten, prima plek t.o.v. luchthaven en als uitvalsbasis om te wandelen.

Organisatie van hotel en faciliteiten ook erg goed. Over ieder detail was nagedacht en perfecte executie.

Cons:

Geen opmerkingen. Enige kleine verbeterpunt is dat deel van het personeel iets meer oogcontact kan maken
