Enter this code in the terminal, pass the bollard, and turn into the first street on the right (Linzergasse) to the Reitsamerplatz square, then turn right. The hotel is located on your left-hand side.

Good location. It was clean and modern. Breakfast was good. A bit overpriced for what you get, the hotel is pretty standard.

Cons:

Staff were not welcoming, no explanation about breakfast, check-out, guest mobility card etc. We had to ask about the mobility card ourselves. We felt that the staff just wanted to get it over with, absolutely not professional and costumer-oriented. Well, maybe it was the heat that day but it doesn't justify it. There was just one cup in the room for two people. Quite noisy in the hallway.

Lovely stay in Salzburg.
Pros:

The location was convenient for walking to shops, restaurants, and tourist attractions. The AC was especially nice since the weather was rather warm during our stay.

Cons:

The breakfast was quite average compared to others which were included with our hotel stays.

A comfortable hotel close to all the tourist sightseeing spots and plenty of restaurants to choose for a meal.

Waren sehr schöne Tage in Salzburg!
Pros:

Die Lage war sensationell! In der Fußgängerzone, in ein paar Minuten im Zentrum der Altstadt.
Zimmer in Ordnung

Cons:

Unser Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet, leider hat man dort spät am Abend und früh am Morgen Abfall entsorgt ( Flaschen usw.) das natürlich laut war.

Lage, Sauberkeit (mit Ausnahme der Kaffeemaschine am Zimmer), früherer Check-In war möglich, gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, solides Frühstück, Check out erst um 12:00 Uhr

Cons:

Bis ca 23:30/0:00 war es durch das darunterliegende Lokal eher laut (danach aber schön ruhig) und starke Küchengerüche kamen zwischendurch ins Zimmer;
