Wonderful stay in a perfect place!
Pros:

Beautiful villa in the heart of Hallstatt with very friendly and helpful staff. Rooms were very comfortable, with great balconies with views over the lake. We even got free caffe lattes. Highly recommend!

Pros:

Great spot! Fantastic room. Early check-in was available. It is walkable from the main train station, but a taxi would be a better bet. Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was great too.

Pros:

Super Lage, schöne Zimmer, alles sehr sauber.

Cons:

Die Dame an der Rezeption hat die Erfahrung mit dem Hotel leider wirklich getrübt. Ich weiß nicht, ob sie einfach überfordert, oder unfreundlich ist. Das war leider wirklich negativ. Egal in welcher Preisklasse erwarte ich mir, dass das Personal freundlich ist. In der Preisklasse dieses Hotels erwarte ich mir auch, dass das Personal gut ausgebildet ist und nicht mit unkomplizierten Wünschen, wie einer Namensänderung, bereits fast die Nerven verliert.
