A zona da piscina estava demasiado concorrida. Camas a mais? A musica de fundo neste espaço era totalmente desadequada (musica "pinba"!).

Food was amazing. An excellent selection for everyone. My daughter was sick and the hotel rang me to see she was ok or was there anything they could do.
Games for children excellent. Excellent hotel and staff amazing.

todo fue genial, las instalaciones increíbles, había comida todo el rato, desayuno, medio día, almuerzo, merienda, cena y pre cena. las trabajadoras con las que hablamos súper simpáticas, cercanas y nos ayudaron en todo lo que necesitábamos. las instalaciones muy limpias y ordenadas. la playa a 5 minutos, si volvemos a portugal no dudaremos en ir.

todo muy bien, lo que sí en el Buffet del medio día pondría algo más de variedad, aunque todo fue genial

Os quartos muitos quentes e o ar condicionado não ajudava . A animação e impecável e simpatia mas poderiam ter mais passatempos. A crítica não e para a equipa em questão porque não tem culpa .mas Hotel poderia optar pela a mesma equipa mas com mais jogos

Great location by the beach, spacious hôtel and large pool, great quality of food and animations
Pros:

I really liked the choice and quality of the food, a lot of effort in making different tasty dishes with meat or fish, squid, different fish with tasty sauces. Great desserts, cakes. The animation team was really good, dynamic and friendly with great entertainment in the evening and karaoke. The circus show was amazing! Close to the beach and lovely setting. Will definitely recommend!

Great few days away amazing hotel!
Pros:

Great location close to albufeira and Olhos de agua beach! The hotel was great for all the family (4yr and 8yr old), kids club was a big hit! I didn’t see my 8 year he loved all the activities
And the entertainers were all great including Gesson! My husband joined in a lot of the adult activities too! Indoor pool was great when weather wasn’t in our favour! Room was clean and everything we need! Great atmosphere all day! Food was lovely and lots choices

Quality all inclusive with hard working friendly staff.
Pros:

Good welcome and room ready at midday when we arrived. Always a restaurant open when you want to eat. Plus extra themed restaurants.
Entertainment for everyone, plus enough pool/sun loungers area to always find a place to suit your needs.
