Everything! Clean, Quality food, Friendly staff

I really liked the choice and quality of the food, a lot of effort in making different tasty dishes with meat or fish, squid, different fish with tasty sauces. Great desserts, cakes. The animation team was really good, dynamic and friendly with great entertainment in the evening and karaoke. The circus show was amazing! Close to the beach and lovely setting. Will definitely recommend!

Great location close to albufeira and Olhos de agua beach! The hotel was great for all the family (4yr and 8yr old), kids club was a big hit! I didn’t see my 8 year he loved all the activities
And the entertainers were all great including Gesson! My husband joined in a lot of the adult activities too! Indoor pool was great when weather wasn’t in our favour! Room was clean and everything we need! Great atmosphere all day! Food was lovely and lots choices

Good welcome and room ready at midday when we arrived. Always a restaurant open when you want to eat. Plus extra themed restaurants.
Entertainment for everyone, plus enough pool/sun loungers area to always find a place to suit your needs.

Highly recommend, lovely hotel. Very clean!! Our toddler absolutely loved playing in the children’s pool on the top deck. Lots of pool toys to play with and covered with a canopy for shade. Plenty of sunbeds, never had an issue even when getting them around the main pool.
5 minute walk to the beach with shops and pharmacy en route.
Great food choice. Themed restaurants included in stay and again great choice.
My only comment would be to move the mini disco away from the outside stairs as the entertainers stood on the steps and did ask the children the not climb the steps however difficult with little ones. Maybe some sort of barrier?

Wow! This resort exceeded our expectations. The buffet food for breakfast, lunch and dinner was honestly fantastic. We were so impressed with every meal that we didn't even bother with any of the reserved restaurants. The entire resort is beautiful - from the room, the decor and the grounds - everything is well taken care of and spotless in my opinion. We've been to many all-inclusive resorts in Mexico and the Caribbean and this one is a top for me. Our kids absolutely loved the splash park and the playground as well as all the entertainment by the pool and the entertainment at night (the mini disco for kids). The entertainers were so good with our kids - one of our kids spent a couple afternoons basically hanging out with one of the entertainers by the pool and absolutely loved it. The nearby beach is gorgeous - we walked there with our 2 young kids. Quite a few stairs down, but that's common in the Algarve and amazing once you get down there! If only the pool was heated - it was a tad bit chilly for swimming with young kids - perhaps in the summer it might not be an issue with hotter daily temps. We travelled at the end of April and the average daily temp was around 20 to 22 degrees and sunny. We WILL be back for sure!

We loved our stay! Resort is very family friendly, tons of kids activities and all the staff were so great with kids.
Short walk to 2 beaches, the town has lots of great restaurants too.
The outdoor pools were a bit cold this time of year but the indoor pool was great.
Food was excellent, definitely recommend booking the specialty restaurants when you arrive.

From the minute we arrived we were impressed by this hotel. The reception area was spotlessly clean and staff were friendly and informative during check in.
Our room was a twin and again spotlessly clean. The beds were very comfortable and the room was cleaned daily leaving us fresh towels and topping up the shampoo, soaps and body creams.
The pool areas were also kept clean and tidy with staff collecting empty cups regularly from around the sun beds - plenty of places for holidaymakers to put their own empty cups away too! Plenty of sun beds too so no sun bed wars!
Staff in all bars were friendly and spoke amazing English! Always makes me feel very lazy for not learning the local language.
We tried all of the restaurants while we were there and were very impressed with the selection of food. The oriental and Mediterranean restaurants cater for smaller numbers of people and this is reflected positively in the flavour of food provided.
The snack bar provides a lovely selection of filled baguettes and toasties for the days you fancy a bite to eat by the pool.
The all inclusive drinks are branded and very good measures!
We travelled as a couple in our 50s looking for a relaxing get away and a chance to “get off the world” for 10 days and we were not disappointed!
The entertainment team work hard to keep the more energetic people occupied but do not pester us sun worshippers to take part!
We arrived on 18th April so were not really
expecting to use the pool but surprisingly the pool seemed to warm up as our holiday progressed!
In conclusion, a thoroughly enjoyable holiday made special by staff who went out of their way to please! Thank you!
