Beautiful building
After reading that the hotel could arrange a taxi to the airport in the morning, I was confident that everything would go smoothly. Upon check-in, we asked the hotel to arrange a taxi for 4:00 a.m., but we were told that all taxis had already been booked and that the earliest they could arrange was 4:45 a.m.
That would have been fine, except that my flight was departing at 5:55 a.m., so 4:45 was far too late. Unfortunately, the hotel staff were not willing to help us with any alternative, and we had to walk to the airport at 4:00 a.m.
So, if you are relying on the hotel to arrange a taxi, keep in mind that someone else may have booked it before you. Although, interestingly, we were in the hotel lobby from 3:50 to 4:05 a.m. and did not see any other guests at that time, nor did we see any taxi.
Another issue was breakfast. We had booked a room with breakfast included. Again, we expected that the hotel would be able to provide us with a takeaway breakfast, but the restaurant was not operating, so we were left without breakfast as well.
Overall, this left a very unpleasant impression.
Отель очень красивый, впечатлил интерьер. Большая территория вокруг: детская зона, спортивные площадки, смотровая площадка и возможность выпить кофе с видом на реку, плодовые деревья создают особенную атмосферу уюта, и конечно красивые фонтанчики и львы на входе в отель. Великолепно!
Очень скромный завтрак, не оправдал ожидания.

Fin byggnad och fina omgivningar vid hotellområdet. Snabb incheckning.
Minst sagt distanserad personal som checkade in oss och på frukosten var en av personalen rent utav otrevlig helt utan anledning. Frukosten var riktigt medioker, frallorna var gamla och sega (!) och mycket av det som fanns på buffén såg ofräscht ut. Hade förväntat mig betydligt mer med tanke på antal stjärnor och pris för hotellnatten. Planlösningen på badrummet på rummet var mycket märklig, badkaret stod precis i mitten så man var nästan tvungen att trycka sig mot ena väggen för att komma förbi till toaletten och handfatet.
Śniadanie bardzo dobre, urozmaicone. Szkoda, że bez możliwości zamówienia jajecznicy. Podobała mi się opieka personelu hotelowego nad gośćmi.
Jedyny mankamnet to brak windy w hotelu !
