Fermeture du bar de la piscine à 18 h ....oblige donc à aller en ville ......
L'hôtel est agréable bien situé jolie piscine
Deuxième année que nous venons animation rare.... comparer à l'année dernière ..... bar extérieur fermé les soirs .... et personnel pas souriant ni agréable au restaurant du midi ...... ainsi que la dame de ménage pas agréable pas d'eau remis tout les jours ... et aucun effort pour comprendre ce qu'on lui dit ...
The staff are lovely. No issues at all, everyone friendly and helpful, reception, cleaners, bar staff etc. Pool complex is nice. Rooms comfortable if a little dated, good shower, good beds. Fridge in room and balcony
The food was poor. Cold, poorly cooked food, cheap ingredients. Queues all the time out the door for mealtimes. We booked all inclusive but ended up skipping meals and eating out. For this reason we would not return which is a shame.
Just a note, not to do with hotel but beach is made of grit sand, hurt our feed and big drop to get into sea making getting out very difficult if you have poor mobility.

Ho prenotato una suite ma la camera era trasandata con le tende strappate ed i profili interni dei serramenti rotti. Il bagno era una specie di armadio cieco ed è stato ricavato dalla posa di alcuni pannelli di compensato e non aveva areazione ma anzi avevano applicato una griglia con lo scotch carta per simulare una ventilazione meccanica. Il letto matrimoniale era fatto da 2 letti separati. Tutto troppo trasandato. Da celiaca non ho trovato molte proposte senza glutine soprattutto a colazione. Non tornerei, credo di aver sprecato i miei soldi. Lo sconsiglio.
W hotelu było czysto, obsługa bardzo miła i pomocna, jedzenie pyszne różnorodne, plaża przy samym hotelu, dużo leżaków świetna lokalizacja.
Ogólnie nie ma się do czego przyczepić, jeśli już to to, że codziennie były kolejki do restauracji w której po prostu jest za mało miejsca dla takiej ilości gości.

Понравились обеды, расположение и персонал. Для семейных пар и др. очень хороший отель.
Раньше лет 7 и 6 назад было предусмотрено меню для детей возраста 1год. Были утром каши, в обед супы. Приятно было смотреть на оборудование для детей. Столы детские и пр. Сейчас только стулья для кормления. Приходилось утром в номере кипятить воду и делать смесь, чтобы кашей накормить ребёнка. Посуда не всегда была чистая. Подходит для семей ,где детям от 3 х лет или кормящих мам грудью.
L'etablissement est bien situé, la plage est magnifique , la piscine très agréable. Une mention toute spéciale pour la personne qui nettoyait notre chambre "Elisabet" serviable et vraiment très très gentille. UN GRAND BRAVO à elle.
Nous n'avons pas apprécié de ne pas avoir dans la chambre une bouilloire pour pouvoir faire le matin(je me lève très tot )
un café ou un thé. Et le soir une tisane aurait été la bien venue; Il n'y avait pas non plus dans la chambre une boite à mouchoirs pour un 4 étoiles c'est étonnant. Certains avait un sac de plage au nom de Tahiti playa, j'ai demandé à en avoir un meme en le payant on me l'a refusé car je n'avais pas réservé chez eux directement. Les repas étaient très bien ,par contre je n'ai pas apprécié de payer 50 cl d'eau plate 1,90 euros.
The location, the seaside, the pool and area around it were very nice, many facilities and activities.
Many small things that ruin the overall impression. Permanent queues at reception, cleaning staff were not very friendly, cleaning was very loud so it was difficult to sleep in the morning because they would move the furniture around all morning. Our room was on the 1st floor so in the evening it was very loud because of the animation and concerts just below. Also the room was full of cigarette smoke as people were smoking in the cafe below. There were only 5 hangers in the wardrobe for two persons. We asked for more but never got them. In the restaurant you have to pay extra for all the drinks at dinner - even tap water. Also they request cash/deposits for any extras - iron, towels, safe etc.

la verdad no entiendo aun lo que me paso...en el desayuno pedí por favor una tortilla con jamón y quezo..me la prepararon sin ningún problema..al día siguiente pido una para mi y otra para mi pareja. Con la sorpresa que la persona que estaba en la plancha me dijo. No podemos preparar tortillas de jamón y queso y la persona que te la preparo ,no a debido hacerlo y ya hablare yo con ellos... por que aquí viene mucho Musulmán y la plancha se contamina y se enfadaran. Le dije que estaba en España y no entendía. Que si le traía pavo y queso me la aria, y así fue..me fastidio el desayuno por que aun no entiendo que un hotel de 4 estrellas tenga estas normas y no lo explique en la pagina cuando se contrata para saber uno si va o no y no pasar tan mal Rato. Pedí explicaciones y al rato me enviaron una bandeja con fruta a la habitación .....Pero me fui del hotel sin poder desayunar mi tortilla de jamón y queso.
