Abbiamo soggiornato in questa struttura per due notti,siamo stati benissimo! Avevano bisogno di un pò di sano relax e siamo stati accontentati...
Colazione abbondante e ricca di prodotti,soprattutto quelli senza glutine.
Abbiamo pranzato al ristorante della struttura e siamo rimasti soddisfatti,ottima cucina e tanta attenzione al senza glutine.
Piscina tranquillissima e con tutti i servizi a disposizione a bordo piscina. Gentilezza e cortesia da parte di tutto lo staff. Sicuramente faremo ritorno appena possibile...

L'unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta è stato il costo della piscina perché penso che per chi alloggia in struttura l'ingresso dovrebbe essere compreso,invece ci hanno chiesto 16 euro a persona al giorno per poter accedere. Cosa che non è specificata nelle informazioni su booking.
Alla Hall ci hanno detto che si paga solo nel mese di agosto, mentre gli altri mesi è compresa nel prezzo. Però credo che sia un pò eccessivo. Per tutto il resto nulla da dire... Posto bellissimo!

Alles rundum gut
Pros:

Sehr freundlicher Empfang, Zimmer sauber und geräumig, wir hatten einen tollen Ausblick auf die Altstadt. Abends im Hotel Restaurant gegessen, sehr lecker und gut. Genügend Parkplätze vorhanden . Den angrenzenden öffentlichen Pool für Hotelgäste Frühstücksbuffet alles vorhanden gute Auswahl.

La posizione eccezionale con vista sul paese di Bagnoli del Trigno. Abbiamo usufruito della piscina ed è stato molto piacevole. Buonissimo e curato nei dettagli il ristorante, con ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Un angolo di tranquillità da consigliare.

Cons:

L'arredo delle stanze un po' Forse la colazione non rispecchiava il concetto di benessere in base alla vocazione del luogo.

la colazione era ottima con caffè servito dal bar ottimo e molto assortito il buffet .Camera grande spaziosa. Abbiamo segnalato che il doccione era rotto ed è stato sistemato in giornata.

Nice hotel - in the wrong place - unfriendly staff
Cons:

The restaurant was dreadful. Part of our meal was served and then we waited a good 10 minutes for the rest, although we kept enquiring as to when the remaining was to be served
The meat(lamb) was dreadful so full of fat that you could barely eat half of it. The grilled veg was cold.
We found the staff most unfriendly.
Altogether most disappointing

Restaurant Dinner/Frühstück sehr gut.
Die Lage traumhaft. Toller, großer Pool.

Cons:

Nach 18.30 Uhr ist der Pool geschlossen, für spät anreisene Motorradfahrer im Juni bei Hitze eine schlechte Option.
Für ein 4Sterne Hotel sollten die Angestellten der englischen Sprache zumindest für das Nötigste mächtig sein!
