La ubicación, el personal muy smable y atento

Cons:

Sugerencia: alguna estanteria para dejar la ropa. Y poder poner una ventana en el lavabo cerrada en lugar de poner un cuadro para tapar.

La atención del personal. Es gente muy atenta dispuesta a ayudarte en todo momento.
Nos guardaron la mochila toda una noche en consigna debido a que dormíamos en Chivay. Nos prepararon desayuno para llevárnoslo a las 5 a. m.

Cons:

Lamentablemente si vas a hacer un viaje tranquilo y aprovechar para hacer excursiones no es el hotel indicado. Hemos estado en 2 habitaciones distintas y en todas se oye ruido de fiesta (música y personas borrachas) durabte toda la noche hasta las 6 a. m. Es muy dificil conciliar el sueño. Los baños son muy estrechos y en uno de ellos habíq un agujero en la pared que daba directamente al hall del hotel (sin ceistal y sin nada). Te podían ver haciebdo tus necesidades.

The location is great

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was very disappointing. The hot water in the shower was not working, and although the staff came to check it twice, they simply told us there was nothing they could do. We also missed out on breakfast because it took over 30 minutes to prepare, and we had to leave for our plans. On top of that, there is a club right across from the hotel that operated all night, making it extremely noisy and very difficult to sleep.

номер хороший, в душе есть горячая вода (надо, правда, подождать). расположение отличное в плане близости к монастырю и к центру города. большой балкон. вид из ресторана на крыше красивый.

Cons:

в доме напротив ВСЮ ночь (обе ночи, что мы там провели) играют концерты, звук не глушится ничем, потому что очень громко, то есть номер не выполняет свою главную функцию - дать поспать, отдохнуть.
скудный выбор включенного завтрака, разнообразие за отдельную плату. кухня ресторана не работает в 8 вечера уже.

Beds were comfortable. The property is very pretty and has a good view of the volcano, especially from upstairs. Reception staff were really helpful with whatever we required.

Cons:

The room was quite cold at night. We stayed at the end of July and the nights were a lot colder than during the day.

The property was in a great location, with a lovely rooftop bar for breakfast and they also did takeaway breakfast if you had to leave early. The staff at the front desk were very helpful in arranging tours and laundry which was so convenient for our trip.

Cons:

The showers weren’t always warm in the mornings our the bed wasn’t the comfiest.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja – wszystko w zasięgu spaceru. Hotel jest czysty, zadbany i dobrze utrzymany. Pokoje komfortowe, a ogólne wrażenie bardzo pozytywne.

Cons:

Największym problemem było śniadanie. Serwowane w bardzo wczesnych godzinach (6:30–8:30), co sprawiało, że większość gości przychodziła około 8:00. W efekcie trudno było znaleźć wolny stolik. Na zamówione jedzenie czekało się godzinę, a obsługa wyraźnie nie radziła sobie z liczbą gości i zrozumieniem po angielsku. Dodatkowo wybór był ograniczony do czterech dań, a opcja wegetariańska dostępna była wyłącznie w wersji na słodko.

Ubicació perfecta, terrassa bonica.

Cons:

Molt sorollós (cotxes, discoteca), l’habitació estava molt mal aïllada en general. El primer dia van trigar 50 min en servir-nos l’esmorzar, que era una torrada amb ou remenat.

Instalaciones nuevas y la amabilidad del personal.

Cons:

Pero quizás demasiado nuevo, en el cuarto de baño había un hueco para una ventana la cual (¿todavía?) no estaba, pero quedaba siempre abierto ya que no había ventana, el agua caliente no llegaba a estar caliente del todo, solo templada, y la habitación es demasiado pequeña, incluso en el baño no se cabe con los muebles y papelera.
Además, está ubicado en una zona de discotecas, por lo que se escucha la música todas las noches.
