Personnel à l’écoute, cour intérieure agréable pour se poser et très bon petit déjeuner sur le roof top.
Excelente place. I have been here before and come back every time I stay in Arequipa. The place is very centered and the service is great, very friendly and helpful.
Me gustó que está cerca de la plaza mayor y el hostal en si. Era muy bonito y la mayoría de los recepcionistas muy amables.
No me gustó que en la noche/madrugada las calles cerca al hostal están llenas de gente loca o borracha.
Die Lage war klasse. Der Innenhof des Hotels sowie die Rooftop Terrasse, wo das Frühstück serviert wurde, waren auch sehr einladend. Es standen kostenfreie Getränke bereit.
Das Zimmer lag leider direkt hinter der Rezeption. Daher hörte man die ganze Nacht über die Klingel und konnte nicht wirklich gut schlafen. Die Parties im Nachtclub gegenüber gingen ebenfalls bis 5 Uhr morgens, so dass an erholsamen Schlaf nicht zu denken war. Das Zimmer war ebenfalls extrem klein und daher sehr stickig. Das Bett war für 2 Personen ungeeignet, da man immer über die vorne schlafende Person klettern musste, wenn man nachts auf Toilette musste. Für den bezahlten Preis hätten wir wirklich mehr erwartet.

Nuestra habitación daba al cuarto de limpieza/ trastero por lo que había bastante ruido al pasar constantemente y no mucha privacidad ya que se veía claridad por la ventana todo el rato al no estar cubierte
Si hubiesemos estado en cualquier otra habitación la estancia hubiesr sido de 10!
Not the most comfortable place, but well worth its money. The room, and especially bathroom, was very small. However, certainly clean and well organized. Breakfast was good. Location is good too.
Staff sometimes seemed completely flabbergasted about the most simple questions.
A terrific place to arrive after two long nights on a bus. The staff are helpful and welcoming. They communicated brilliantly before we arrived which was reassuring. Le Foyer is in a terrific spot in Arequipa an excellent base.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel in Arequipa. The property is beautiful, with a charming courtyard, a lovely terrace, and a café/bar area where breakfast is served and where guests can relax throughout the day. The entire hotel was very clean and well maintained.
One of the features we appreciated most was the comfortable lounge area available for travelers arriving before check-in time. Having access to seating, restrooms, and even showers before getting our room was extremely convenient and thoughtful, especially after a long journey.
The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and attentive. We also appreciated the breakfast box they prepared for guests with very early departures, which was a nice touch and showed their commitment to guest comfort.
We did have a small issue with our room, as it was not exactly as shown in the photos. However, the staff handled the situation professionally and immediately offered to move us to another room the following day. In the end, we decided to keep our original room, but we greatly appreciated their willingness to find a solution and ensure we were satisfied.
Overall, this is a beautiful hotel with great facilities, thoughtful services, and attentive staff. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to anyone visiting Arequipa.

Super loud outside
The nightclub next door kept us up most of the night. The bed was on the second floor. There was no where to sit except at the desk and there was only one chair. It was too cold to sit on the balcony in the evening. The restaurant was outdoors and it was too cold to eat dinner and breakfast there. The stairway up to the reception was steep and it was difficult to carry luggage. No wonder the price was inexpensive. Photos can be deceiving! ( Winter June )
