Im Großen und Ganzen okay.

Die Lage ist super: mitten in der Stadt, in Laufnähe zu vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Der Krach, der damit verbunden sein kann und scheinbar viele Gäste gestört hat, betraf uns nicht. Vielleicht macht die Lage des Zimmers den Unterschied.

Die Aussicht von der Dachterrasse war toll!

Cons:

1. Mitten im Foyer des Hotels war eine Baustelle, so dass wir weder die auf den Bildern gezeigte Atmosphäre gefunden haben noch den Innenbereich nutzen konnten.

2. Der Service lässt zu wünschen übrig. Anfragen, z. B. nach neuem heißen Wasser für Tee wurden lange ignoriert. Und beim Frühstück, das für das Auge schon sehr ansprechend war, musste man sehr lange warten, was bei den kalten Temperaturen auf der Dachterrasse dann doch manchmal unangenehm war. Besonders geärgert hat uns am letzten Tag, dass man sich auf die angegebenen Frühstückszeiten nicht verlassen kann. Ab 6:30 sollte es Frühstück geben. Bekommen haben wir es dann nach mehrmaligem Drängeln um 7:05. Da wir um 7:30 los mussten, hatten wir dann kaum Zeit zum Essen.

Für 1 Nacht ok, aber länger nicht
Pros:

Die Dachterasse und das Frühstück sind super. Es gibt Standard-Essen im Preis inklusive, wenn man etwas anderes zum Frühstück möchte, kann man es gegen Aufpreis bekommen.
Wenn man nur für 1 Nacht da ist, völlig ok. Die Lage ist tagsüber perfekt in der Altstadt.

Cons:

Abends ist es durch angrenzende Clubs sehr laut. Mit Oropax konnten wir einigermaßen schlafen. Ich würde aber definitiv kein Zimmer mit Balkon nehmen. Die Zimmer ohne Balkon sind (soweit ich gesehen habe) innenliegend, und mutmaßlich leiser.

Wir hatten ein geräumiges Zimmer, aber mit sehr kleinem Bad. So klein, dass man beim Duschen alles unter Wasser gesetzt hat, weil kein richtiges Duschbecken reingepasst hat, der Duschvorhang hat 30cm über dem Boden aufgehört.

Außerdem ist aus der Decke im Bad immer wieder Schmutz nach unten gerieselt, meistens nach dem Duschen, das war sehr eklig.
Zusätzlich hat bei unserer Ankunft nur die Steckdose funktioniert, in der der TV angeschlossen war. Dieses Problem wurde am nächsten Tag behoben. Das Problem mit dem Schmutz leider nicht.

Uns wurde ein Zimmerwechsel angeboten, da wir aber Angst vor anderen Katastrophen hatten, haben wir das nicht in Anspruch genommen.

Je recommande cet hôtel pour votre séjour à Arequipa.
Pros:

L’hôtel est très bien situé en plein centre historique de Arequipa. L’équipe est très sympathique et l’hôtel dispose d’un rooftop qui offre une super vue sur les volcans. La chambre était prête et nous avons pu la récupérer avant 13h ce qui était vraiment confortable après une longue nuit en bus.

Très bon hôtel à Arequipa
Pros:

Nous avons séjourné deux fois dans cet hôtel. Pour quelques euros de plus, prenez une chambre avec salle de bain. La première fois, nous avions une salle de bain commune (avec des surprises) et une chambre plus petite. Sinon, l’emplacement est top et il y a un très bon petit déjeuner !

A great choice
Pros:

Helpful staff and nice amenities. An excellent location for access to the beautiful city. The rooftop is a nice bonus and place to relax. Breakfast was one of the better included options we’ve had in Peru.

Cons:

Proximity to the loud bars may disturb people late into the night. Not uncommon to hear loud music even at 4am.

Goede locatie, wel veel geluid.
Pros:

De locatie is ideaal. Vlak bij het hoofdplen, het klooster en verschillende restaurants. Het dakterras geeft een prachtig uitzicht op de vulkanen en de stad.

Cons:

Onze kamer lag aan de straatkant, tegenover wat ik denk een nachtclub. Het geluid hiervan dringt overal doorheen, goede oordoppen zijn een must. De douche duurde een goede 5 minuten voor deze warm werd, zonde van het water.

Great facilities and staff, very noisy
Pros:

Helpful staff, communal shower we could use right after our overnight bus. Location is very close to the main attractions, and nice rooftop views.

Cons:

Very noisy, this would be the case for any property within this block. Sometimes there was pumping music until gone 3am. Followed by construction as early as 8am with angle grinders

Then breakfast is only served until 8am, and with incredibly sweet 'bread'.

There's also no curtains on the windows in the door, although this is frosted the morning sun comes right through and forces you awake after already being kept up by the music

Ótimo hotel, bem localizado!
Pros:

O chuveiro tem uma pressão boa e o café da manhã é excelente. Tem um bar no rooftop que é bem bacana. O quarto e o banheiro estavam bem limpos. O staff é simpático e o hotel oferece serviço de lavanderia.

Cons:

A região é bastante barulhenta. Eu não me incomodo, mas alguns amigos tiveram dificuldade para dormir, especialmente na sexta e no sábado.
