Schönes kleines Innenstadthotel
Pros:

Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Lage direkt in der Fussgängerzone, dennoch eine ruhige Nacht. Personal präsent und freundlich. Haben hier auf der Rückfahrt aus der Bretagne zwischenübernachtet, dafür ideal. Discount auf die öffentliche Tiefgarage direkt vor der Tür.

Emplacement idéal et propre mais service dans les chambre à améliorer

Emplacement idéal, au calme caché à l’arrière de la rue principale

Cons:

Le personnel d’entretien est bruyant. La dame qui s’occupe de l’entretien rentre dans notre chambre avec sa carte (2 matins de suite) malgré notre refus catégorique. Le distributeur de shampoing est vide, la douche est bouchée.

At the heart of the city
Pros:

After a long drive, the first thing we enjoyed was having parking directly in front of the hotel's entrance. The parking house features an interesting display of archaeological objects from the ancient city. The lift has an exit five steps away from the Hotel, which looks as nice as depicted in the announcement.
The check-in was very friendly, and we were happy to ride the vintage elevator with wooden interiors to our room.
The room was fine and neat. Everything needed was at hand. The big windows offer an amusing view of all sorts of roofs and chimneys from the third floor.
The breakfast was fab; for us as vegetarians, there were many options of fresh fruits, and all that one may expect to find in France. Everything was fresh and carefully presented in the buffet room. We were delighted to have our breakfast on the terrace.
There was one particularly engaged lady named Alejandra who gave us very good insider tips to spend the rest of the day in Reims; we noticed her motivation and high engagement with the cultural history of the city and with the beautiful hotel building history and decoration elements.
All in all, an excellent experience at the very Center of Reims. We hope to come back soon.

Cons:

The only little thing that should be repaired as soon as possible was the shower head, which didn’t hold. Otherwise, everything was perfect!

Fijn klein hotel, helemaal top! Reims zelf viel erg tegen
Pros:

Schattig en authentiek, zeer vriendelijke dame bij de balie, (te) vroeg in inchecken was geen probleem. Met leuke binnentuin waardoor je afgeschermd was van de drukke straat. Erg goedkoop 😃

Ik heb niks negatiefs te melden.

Un joli endroit pour partir à la découverte de Reims

Adequate but very small room with no room to swing a cat!
Pros:

Location in central pedestrian shopping/restaurant area

Cons:

No free parking but paid parking not too far away
Very very small room even though sold to us as a spacious larger upgrade.
