Wohlfühlen geht anders
Pros:

Gute Lage im Zentrum, trotzdem relativ ruhig, da im Hinterhaus. Öffentliches Parkhaus in absoluter Nähe. Eine sehr hilfsbereite Dame an der Rezeption..

Cons:

Steile Außentreppe musste mit Gepäck bewältigt werden, um ins Hotel zu kommen. Baulicher und sonstiger Zustand ist nicht mehr mit morbiden Charme zu bezeichnen, er ist für den Preis undiskutabel. Der Lift ist eine Herausforderung, die dünnen Bettlaken als Zudecke eine Frechheit.

Bra läge på hotellet. Rent och städat.
Pros:

Frukosten ok, välstädat rum och ett bra läge.

Cons:

Personalen lite oengagerade, man fick ingen hjälp om man frågade efter aktiviteter, dåligt med turistbroschyrer. Gick inte att köpa ett glas vitt vin på hotellet, lite dåligt kan jag tycka.

Gunstige locatie en airco die werkt

Cons:

Kamers zeer klein, badkamer zeer krap en geen ventilatie
Brandalarm vroeg in de ochtend door ontbijtmaker (oven in de keuken) met vervolgens niemand die de kleine evacuatie van alle hotelgasten leidt of achteraf toelicht
Hotel aan renovatie toe

Sehr nette Dame am Emfang und es gibt einen Fahrstuhl.

Cons:

viele Treppen bevor man zur Rezeption gelangt.
Feueralarm in der Nacht.....
Minizimmer die dringend renoviert werden müßten....hier stimmt einfach Preis/Leistung nicht.

Wonderful stay in fantastic location.
Pros:

Fantastic location close to city centre and train station. Even though room was very small it had great storage and design. Breakfast good. Staff lovely.

Cons:

Air con did not maintain room temperature properly. Had to switch on and off to maintain temp.

Lovely setting, horrible experience.
Pros:

The setting was great and close to the station. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. Set in a lovely courtyard just off one of the main areas for restaurants and pubs.

Cons:

My passport fell out as I packed to leave. Circumstances meant it could only have been in the hotel. Five phone calls in three hours (including one in which the ph was hung up) trying to track it down and variously the Reception staff told me it had not been handed in, he could not check the room as it was occupied, he would call me back after checking w housekeeping, housekeeping were not able to find it, etc.

In the end I presented at the hotel and requested staff check the room. It was confirmed my passport was not visible so on return to Reception I asked the same staff member to please check the safe again. He opened the lockable drawer to indicate it was not there. He then opened the next and immediately visible was my passport. He opened it to check the photo and confirm it was me. I took it and left before I became angry.

I have questions about why staff did not immediatley contact me on finding the passport. Reception had my phone number and email. Why did the same staff member repeatedly tell me my passport was not in their hands? Why were the pages of my passport wet but the case it was in was dry? Why did the staff member hang up on me? So disappointed that a lovely setting turned out to be a disaster.

Nice place but no sound-proofing; probably only suitable off-peak when it's not busy
Pros:

Excellent location; about 6 mins walk from station and right at the top of a road with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. The hotel is set back from the road (up a little passage) so you don't get much noise from the street. The room was always cleaned although basic and the towels were a little threadbare. There was a fridge but no kettle. Breakfast (€13 each) is a buffet and seemed fine. Dinky lift was fun; enough storage space in room and reasonable size bathroom

Cons:

There is precious little sound-proofing between rooms. We could hear the couple next door chatting; they weren't shouting but we could make out most of what they were saying without trying. You could hear the person above moving around their room; no idea if they were fat or heavy footed. Room seemed smaller than expected or perhaps it was a very big bed.

It shouldn’t have any star..I don’t understand how the attribution of stars works in France. Honestly, this hotel needs to be closed and at least be removed from booking listing as a hotel!
