Great location and staff!
Pros:

The location near the Levent business district, with close access to the metro line, made my visit and stay very comfortable. The staff were very nice and helpful

Cons:

Nothing major, the shower cabinet was narrow.

A great hotel for a Istanbul trip
Pros:

Good location near shopping centres and the metro. Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent breakfast included. We need to visit Istanbul every six months or so and this is our go to hotel. Above all it is super clean.
