It is alright, probably great for a lot of people
Pros:

Some of the staff were nice and helpful. It is a good location to visit the centre of Cusco, and is not very expensive. We were allowed to overstay a bit in the morning after our tour was cancelled last minute.

Cons:

The rooms were not cleaned when we got there and the breakfast was not great.

Las habitaciónes no eran como la foto

Que la habitacion que me vendieron no era la misma que me dieron y el barrio no era lindo , estaba en un callejon , no complete mi estadia ya que no me sentia segura. El personal fue comprensivo

Espiritu de una mujer en el atico
Pros:

👻👻👻 Me fuí del black llama por que habia mucho ruido para estar sola en la habitación… me dieron la habitacion del atico ( machu-pichu) y resultó que en vez de estar sola estuve acompañada 😥. Pasé miedo. Me tuve que ir a dormir al otro hostel de nuevo. La habitacion estaba limpia. Ducha dentro de la habitación.

Cons:

Ver una “mujer peruana/virgen/luz blanca en la puerta de la azotea de la habitación machu picchu y por otro lado una oscuridad con presencia, me sentí con miedo y me tuve que ir.

Si viajas con amigos, es excelente opción gracias a la combinación de comodidad, ambiente y precio

Me gustó mucho el hotel. Tiene un ambiente acogedor, con espacios de tamaño mediano que resultan muy cómodos y agradables. Además, ofrece una excelente relación calidad-precio en comparación con otros hoteles.

Su diseño y vista hacen honor a su nombre, "Áticos". Si viajas con amigos, es una opción muy recomendable por el equilibrio que ofrece entre comodidad y precio.

Un detalle que me pareció muy bonito es que las habitaciones tienen nombres en lugar de números. La mía se llamaba "Petra" y era realmente encantadora.

Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy agradable.

El trato del personal fue excepcional. Desde el primer momento nos hicieron sentir como en casa, con una atención muy cercana, amable y personalizada. Siempre estuvieron pendientes de ayudarnos en todo lo que necesitábamos y tuvieron numerosos detalles que marcaron la diferencia. Además, nos facilitaron mucho la estancia permitiéndonos dejar las maletas antes y después del check-in sin ningún inconveniente. Se nota que se preocupan sinceramente por el bienestar de sus huéspedes.

Cons:

Nada especialmente destacable. La experiencia fue muy satisfactoria y cumplió plenamente con nuestras expectativas.

Central y limpio
Pros:

El problema más grande fué no poder descansar ya que era muy ruidoso. Había grupo de personas haciendo mucho ruido casi todo el tiempo.

Great hotel, would stay again, unique rooms!
Pros:

Check-in was easy and staff was helpful. Room was clean and they are all themed after a different wonder of the world, which is fun. Breakfast was included.

Cons:

More options for breakfast would be appreicated.
