Wonderful property and staff, will be back!
Pros:

Older property but beautiful and well-kept. Clean, quiet, comfortable, spacious. Plumbing and AC all work, good screens. HUGE pool. Very short walk to super nice Mocambo beach. Water there was shallow and warm, beach is well cleaned and staffed with life guards. Hotel staff all was friendly and helpful, gave me early check-in, too. The place was way more atmospheric and full of harmony than the big box hotels nearby.

Cons:

Would be nice to have coffee available in the lobby, had to go 5 min to Oxxo to get my early caffeine or breakfast.

Nightmare. Absolutely not 5 star LMAO. False advertising.

Cons:

The building is literally crumbling. Miles to ealk to your room. Needs structural reinforcement and general remodeling.

Pros:

el hotel es muy bonito y grande, aunque antiguo pero eso lo hace especial. Tiene vistas muy bonitas. Tiene acceso a la playa pública muy cerca.

Cons:

Solo tal vez falta un poco de mantenimiento en algunas zonas pero todo bien.
