Un gran decepción
Pros:

Convenient to nice family oriented beaches, the pool was big and clean-ish, and the staff were nice but basically rearranging deck chairs on the Titanic

Cons:

This hotel is like staying in an actual ruin - everything is in extreme disrepair, mold everywhere, buildings falling apart, poorly maintained rooms and bathrooms - old mattresses, sheets, towels, etc. the pictures on Booking and online hide the Grey Gardens feel well.

El personal siempre muy atento y las albercas son muy bien el tener cerca la playa esta genial

Cons:

Los baños le falta mantenimiento me toco que tenia que estar abriendo la tapa para poder acomodar el sapo, ya en mi ultimo dia fue cuando se quedó arreglado. Además hay varios cuartos qje comparten habitación por medio de una puerta entre ellos que siempre esta cerrada pero el tema es que se escucha todo en mi caso me toco una con alguien muy ruidoso no tuve tranquilidad para dormir en la noche , solo las habitaciones de la alberca veo que si son privadas pero es algo que no informan en su reserva, deberían de ponerlo cuando reservas o hacer algo con esa puerta compartida arruina la experiencia

Estuve 2 noches, las instalaciones son un poco antiguas y se ve que no les han dado mantenimiento

el estacionamiento esta muy lejos
la televisión no funciono y nunca regresaron a revisarla
Las albercas estan sin mantenimiento
la regadera estaba oxidada y solo salia muy poca agua

Que hay demasiadas escaleras, al menos el área que nos tocó, No se si cuente con elevador para personas de la 3a edad. el acceso a las albercas no puedes ingresar botanas y bebidas. .

Cons:

Es un lugar sin regulaciones de comportamiento de sus huéspedes. Reservé por dos noches y no soporté siquiera una. Dejan a los huéspedes hacer sus picnic y poner sus speakers a todo volumen en todas partes, especialmente al rededor de la piscina. El colmo es tener que soportar el humo de cigarrillos de gente que no le importa estar en un lugar libre de tabaco. No hay supervisión al respecto. En resumen, no es un lugar agradable para descansar tranquilamente en tus vacaciones. No lo recomiendo para nada

Descuidado,lo unico bueno son las albercas

Las albercas, y el buffet de desayuno, la señora de limpieza y el que cuida el estacionamiento excelente atención, los de recepción también muy amables.

Cons:

Las camas son demasiado incómodas; parece que compraron los colchones más baratos y duros que había en oferta,las almohadas horribles. La puerta de la habitación tenía un espacio muy grande en la parte superior, por lo que los mosquitos entraban con mucha facilidad. La regadera estaba muy oscura, ya que no había ningún foco, solo la luz general del baño.

Además, parecía que nos hospedaron en el sótano, en habitaciones de servicio. Todo el hotel necesita mantenimiento, ya que está muy descuidado. Hay muy poco personal para atender a los huéspedes y dar mantenimiento a un hotel de ese tamaño. Incluso las toallas estaban viejas y desgastadas.

Pros:

Excelente lugar para descanzar. Playa, alberca y buen restaurant sin tumulto. Es un concepto diferente donde puedes estar tranquilo. Vine por tres dias y me quede un dia mas. :).

Cons:

Es una propiedad muy bonita, pero debes estar preparado para subir y bajar escalones.
