Top Lage, maximal 5 Minuten bis runter zum Strand und den Restaurants unten am Strand. Das Frühstück war top. Super freundliches Personal! Sehr schönes Hotel. Kostenloser Bring -und Abholservice von gemieteten Motorrollern.

Cons:

Die Matratzen waren etwas durchgelegen, man spürte die Federn. Da könnte nachgebessert werden mit moderneren Matratzen.

An absolutely perfect experience.
Pros:

The hotel is much nicer in person than in the photos; it’s wonderfully peaceful and has a divine view. But the best part was the staff—everyone was kind, smiling, and happy to help with anything. A driver picked us up at the Forio port in a luxury car, drove us to the hotel, and carried our luggage all the way to our room. The room was spacious, clean, fragrant, and equipped with everything from a fridge to a bathrobe to toiletries. We had no trouble communicating in English at the front desk and in the restaurant; right after arriving, we headed to the spa, and a helpful waiter brought us cocktails right to the thermal pool. Breakfast was great—a good selection of fruit, salami, cheese, sweet and savory pastries, and fresh eggs. Dinner at the restaurant was also pleasant; I must especially highlight the desserts. Although the hotel is located on a hill, thanks to the hotel shuttle, it wasn’t a problem even for the older members of our group or someone with a heart condition. The driver took us to the Poseidon thermal baths in the morning, and then all we had to do was call the hotel to arrange a ride back. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking to enjoy a relaxing vacation with perfect service. If we return to Ischia, we’ll definitely stay at this hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience.

Einfach perfekt

Zum Eingang: ich freue mich, eine so gute Bewertung abgeben zu können. Es war jeder Hinsicht entsprechend der Präsentation.
Für uns Unerwartet war, dass fast das gesamte Personal perfekt deutsch sprach und auch die Speisekarte jeden Tag in deutsch präsentiert wurde.
Und es wurde aufmerksam nahezu jeder unserer Wünsche gesehen und versucht zu erfüllen.
Es gab aufgrund des Feiertags zum 1. Mai sehr unerwartet volle Fähren, (nur) wenn man mit Auto übersetzen wollte, so konnten wir erst einen Tag später anreisen. auch hier ist man uns mit einem großzügigen Arrangement entgegen gekommen.
Das Hotel hat eine sehr ansprechende Ausstattung und Gestaltung, zusammen mit der traumhaften Aussicht, einem großzügigen und sehr schönen Zimmer, einfach perfekt.
Wir wussten nicht, das Ischia die Insel für deutschsprachige Reisende ist, was natürlich vieles in der Verständigung einfach macht. Die Lage ist nur 10 min fußläufig zum Eingang der Poseidon Thermen in einer wunderschönen Bucht.
Es war einfach vor allem wegen des sehr aufmerksamen Personals perfekt!

Cons:

Moderne Badezimmer haben den hohen Waschbecken Aufsatz über der Ablage. So stattet man in Deutschland und offensichtlich auch in Italien die neuesten und besten Badezimmer aus. Für mich als kleine Person, vor allem Frau ist dies nicht so einfach ist.

Herrlich entspannte Tage in traumhafter Lage und sehr aufmerksamen und freundlichem Personal!!!
Pros:

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa Bianca den wir rundum genossen haben. Die herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und die Bucht von Citara, sowie die Pools, insbesondere der Thermalpool, waren einige der Highlights. Das Hotelpersonal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Essen war auch sehr gut. Wir würden die Villa Bianca jederzeit wieder buchen!!!
