Hôtel qui mérite le détour
Pros:

Hôtel de luxe où les clients sont réellement pris en compte, soucieux de leur bien être et confort.
Chambre spacieuse, nous avons réservé celle avec le jacuzzi. Très agréable qu’il soit chauffé dans ce coin montagneux où les températures sont parfois fraîches.
Petit déjeuner excellent, très copieux, de loin le meilleur de nos vacances
Vue à couper le souffle de la piscine
Séjour dépaysant

Cons:

Hôtel isolé où il y a peu de choses à faire en autonomie, dépendant des excursions de l’hôtel idem pour les restaurants (aucun à proximité)

Humidité et odeur d’égout dans la chambre, le personnel l’a pris en compte et a proposé de nous offrir en compensation des services.

Pros:

The view is exceptional when the sky is clear and the property as a whole has so much to offer that I feel like the pictures don't do it justice. The coffee tour was great and the staff was adorable.

Cons:

The dishes are on the pricey side for the location and there aren't really any other options around

Pros:

Posto bellissimo, immerso nella natura e con una cura ai dettagli e agli sprechi molto alta. Ti seguono fin dal primo momento in cui arrivi e ti fanno sentire subito a casa. Anche la cucina è molto buona e le stanze sono molto curate e pulite.

The hotel is an absolute gem, we loved everything, from the excellent and kind staff, to the stunning infinity pool & view, the beautiful and comfortable bedrooms, all the complementary activities, it couldn’t have been any better!!!

Beautiful location
Pros:

We were warmly welcomed and given hydrangea leis to wear. The staff were very welcoming. Our room was beautiful and had the most comfortable bed of our tour. A huge range of coffees in our room. Our room was very peaceful with lovely views across the valley. The food here was excellent and it was lovely to have afternoon tea overlooking the pool. The infinity pool is very impressive. Almost everyone wanted their photo in, on or around it. We enjoyed the free tour of the plantation. We also had a cycle tour of the area which we really enjoyed.

Cons:

The whole site is extremely steep with lots and lots of steps. There were 30 steps just to get up to the roadway from our room. They do offer free buggy rides but just be aware in case you are not very mobile.
We did the self-guided trip to Munduk waterfalls. The hotel should inform guests that the correct footwear should be worn. The steps up and down the waterfalls are very steep, slippery and worn away in parts. A simple map would have been very helpful too.

The perfect getaway!
Pros:

Excellent mood with exceptional hospitality. Beautiful location - felt wonderful to be surrounded by such lush vegetation. Star factor amazing. Wonderful selection of activities. Fabulous food and coffee. We really enjoyed the jungle trek. Truly appreciated the extra effort for my brothers birthday.
