Immer wieder großartig
Pros:

Zum sechsten Mal im Onyx, und immer wieder sehr zufrieden. Lage, Ausstattung, Sauberkeit, Frühstück u.s.w.

Cons:

Das Parken sollte man für Gäste billiger gestalten. Haben für 2 1/4 Tage 66.- Euro bezahlt ,das könnte und sollte man anders handhaben

Immer wieder gerne!
Pros:

Das Hotel ist super, es hat uns an Nichts gefehlt. Frühstück ausreichend (auch vegan), Personal freundlich. Zimmer sind super und riesige Dusche. Kleiner Kühlschrank ist auch im Zimmer. Lage ist super, direkt am Beginn der Reeperbahn - alle Sehenswürdigkeiten fußläufig erreichbar. U-Bahn-Station gleich in der Nähe. Trotz direkt an der Reeperbahn war es sehr ruhig aber man ist trotzdem gleich "im Geschehen".

Cons:

Im Frühstücksraum ist es je nach Uhrzeit etwas laut und voll. Wir waren immer schon zwischen 8 und 9 Uhr dort, dann ist es ok.

Sehr gut mit eine negative Überraschung.
Pros:

Gefallen hat uns die freundliche Art vom Personal . Auch die Professionelle Art vom Barkeeper Commondore . Ich war schon in vielen Hotels in Deutschland aber die Ruhe die dieser Mann ausgestrahlt hat und die Kunden bedient hat ohne hektisch zu werden ( keiner musste warten ) ist mehr als hohe Schule . Die Qualität der Getränke ist unvorstellbar. Ich hoffe das Ihnen bewusst ist das genau solche Menschen ihr Tafelsilber ist und für sie das AS im Ärmel. Wir werden wieder kommen und hoffe das dieser Mann dann die Bar macht . Negativ! Es kann nicht angehen das ich für 1 Tag plus 17 Stunden 40€ Parkgebühren zahlen muss das übertrifft jede Vorstellungskraft . Vielleicht wäre ich wo anders günstiger gestanden aber durch Unwissenheit eben diesen Fehler gemacht habe . Bitte machen sie irgendwelche Abmachungen oder Verträge um solche Vorfälle zu vermeiden. Machen sie etwas um ihre Kunden nicht zu vergraulen. MfG Familie Zeitler .

Direkt an der Reeperbahn und super nähe zur Hafencity und Speicherstadt. Superfreundliches Personal und ein reichhaltiges Frühstück.
