Velká spokojenost, určitě přijedeme znovu

vše bylo super, bazén, dobré jídlo apod. v restauraci i na baru příjemná obsluha.

Při příjezdu byl pán na recepci docela nepříjemný, dále v restauraci malá nabídka jídel.

Okolica jest bardzo ładna, a Czesi niezwykle mili i gościnni.

Cons:

Pobyt niestety nie spełnił naszych oczekiwań. Jacuzzi było nieczynne, co było dużym rozczarowaniem.

Otrzymaliśmy pokój z oknami wychodzącymi bezpośrednio na główne wejście do hotelu. Do wczesnych godzin rannych przebywała tam i głośno imprezowała grupa nastolatków, przez co hałas praktycznie uniemożliwiał spokojny sen.

Dodatkowym minusem jest lokalizacja hotelu. Obiekt znajduje się dość daleko od centrum, a dojście pieszo jest nie tylko mało komfortowe, ale również niebezpieczne – część trasy prowadzi poboczem ruchliwej drogi.

Biorąc pod uwagę problemy z hałasem, niedostępne jacuzzi oraz lokalizację, nasz pobyt oceniamy zdecydowanie poniżej oczekiwań.

Das Hotel ist zu empfehlen!
Pros:

Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Von Müsli, Früchten, Joghurt, Nüssen über Käse, Wurst, Spiegelei (frisch zubereitet - ebenfalls frisch Pancakes -), Rührei, gebr. Schinken, Würstchen, Gemüse, Poridge, sogar Griesbrei, Marmelade und Honig gab es 2 Saftautomaten und viele Kaffeeautomaten mit verschiedenen Kaffeesorten, auch lecker Kakao.
Daran war das Beste, dass man nicht, wie so oft, anstehen musste und die immer funktionierten.
Die Zimmer waren sehr sauber.
Im Restaurant gab es schöne Sitzgelegenheiten und gute Speisen und Getränke.
Auch die davor gelegene Bar war gemütlich.
Man konnte bar, mit Karte und in € oder Kronen bezahlen.
Es gibt auch ein kleines Schwimmbad und Sauna sowie ein Studio für viele Massage-Arten. Sehr zu empfehlen.
Das Personal an der Rezeption und der Mann an der Bar sowie im Spa-Bereich waren sehr nett und konnten gut deutsch. Im Restaurant und beim Frühstück war die Freundlichkeit teils sehr genau, was die Zeiten angeht. Es gab viele junge Leute, die wahrscheinlich dort ihre Ausbildung machen, die sehr bemüht waren. Sehr schön!
Das Zimmerpersonal war freundlich.
Außer ein paar ganz kleinen Punkten - siehe unten - war es ein guter Urlaub für alle in unserer Gruppe!

Cons:

Wer nicht rechtzeitig vor Frühstücksende aus dem Saal war, wurde sehr eindringlich 2 min. Vor 10.00 Uhr rausgebeten.
Beim Treppenabsteigen zur Parterre (Frühstück war 1. Stock) ging dann auch sofort das Licht aus.
Man durfte draußen auf Terrasse auch keine Tische zusammenschieben (Wir hatten freundlich gefragt, da wir als 10-Peronen-Gruppe zusammensitzen wollten).
Auch im Restaurant wurde auf Pünktlichkeit geachtet. Da konnten wir das aber verstehen (22.00 Uhr)
Auf dem Balkon hätte man auch den Tisch mit abwischen können.
