المكان جميل جدا صراحه وتعامل الموضفين جميل جدا من ناحيه سرعه الاستجابة و الرد على الاتصالات و حتى لو ماعندك لغه انجليزيه يتفهمون منك خاصتا الموضفه في الاسقبال اسمها DaDa و انسى Siri و وحده اسمها تقريبا prow او اني غلطان في اسمها وفيه واحد محترم جدا ماعرف اسمه صدق

الي ماعجبني صراحه من زمان يعني هاذي ثالث مره اسكن في نفس الفندق الي هو السرير يابس بزياده عادي مدري ممكن يعجب بعضكم

I had a wonderful stay at GU Hotel Patong and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Phuket.

The room was clean, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. The hotel is well maintained, and the fitness room is clean and well equipped. The breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of delicious food to choose from every morning.

What made my stay truly special was the outstanding service. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and welcoming, but I would especially like to thank Bow and Mook at the reception. They were incredibly kind, professional, and always happy to help. They gave me great advice and recommendations, answered all my questions with a smile, and made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived.

Thank you to the entire team for making my stay so enjoyable. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Patong!

Goed voor 3/4 nachten
Pros:

De locatie is in principe erg fijn, gezien je middenin alle winkels e.d. zit. De schoonmaak werd goed bijgehouden en je kan gebruik maken van alle faciliteiten van het GIG hotel.

Cons:

De badkamer vooral is echt aan vervanging toe. Als je goed wilt slapen zou ik wel oordopjes meenemen, want het hotel bevind zich op een drukke locatie en Patong leeft echt 24/7
