Great hotel, with lovely rooms and great staff

It’s in a great location for what we wanted which was to be away from the usual big tourist areas

Fantastic hotel right in the centre of London - perfect for couples on a short break
Pros:

An amazing upmarket hotel right in the centre of London with easy access to walk, drive or tube it to the east and west to get to the major attractions. Friendly staff, clean room and (for us) a lovely balcony where we had our own quiet time facing the courtyard.

Great location and warm welcome
Pros:

Great location and helpful staff. Room was spotless and well appointed.

Cons:

AC wasn't very cold. Window wouldn't open. Shower attachment kept coming off, spurting water everywhere.
