overall very good but reataurant disappointing
Pros:

I liked the ambience of the lounge/wine bar.Very nice cocktail and very good club sandwich

The location excellent as attending concert in Temple Church

Very pleasant attentive staff

Cons:

I thought dinner in chambers restaurant very disappointing

Very limited and uninspiring menu

Several items the same as the lounge /wine bar


Breakfast also very disappointing .I enjoyed scrambled eggs and very good portion of smoke salmon.The fruit selection uninspiring as were the pastries

Tres bon séjour pour un WE à Londres
Pros:

L'hotel est très bien placé dans un quartier plutot calme le we. les chambres sont très bien et correspondent au standard attendu. Le petit déjeuner est en supplément mais très bien. Personnel symphatique et professionnel.

Pros:

Das Frühstück war sehr hochwertig und reichlich. Die Lage war hervorragend, direkt an der Fleet Street. Und trotzdem war das Zimmer sehr ruhig. Das Zimmer war sehr gut eingerichtet.

Great location, friendly staff, and a very pleasant stay
Pros:

The hotel is in a very interesting and peaceful location, close to the Royal Courts of Justice. There are plenty of buses nearby, and it is also possible to walk to St. Paul’s Cathedral. The area offers many places to eat and is surrounded by interesting tourist spots, with the River Thames also not far away.

Overall, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially important during the very hot days of my stay. The breakfast was also very tasty. I had breakfast included in the price, and I appreciated the system where you receive a menu card and can choose the breakfast that suits you best.

Thank you to the staff for a pleasant stay.

Cons:

The only downside is that access to the hotel can be a little difficult, especially when arriving by taxi or Uber with luggage. There are around 10 steps to manage with a suitcase, and there is no lift in that area. During check-in, I had to manage my large suitcase by myself, which was quite inconvenient.

However, at check-out, I was asked if I needed help with my luggage, and the gentleman at reception kindly helped me, which I really appreciated. Once I reached the main street, it was very easy to find my Uber.

This would be my only comment; apart from that, everything else was very good.

Excelente opção de hospedagem em Londres
Pros:

A localização do hotel é espetacular, perto dos teatros, da Ópera House, restaurantes e bares, além de estar a uma distância a pé de diversas atrações turísticas importantes. As acomodações são modernas, bem decoradas e muito limpas. O staff é atencioso e prestativo. Excelente café da manhã com um buffet e a possibilidade de um prato quente a la carte, como ovos benedict ou omelete. Um custo benefício excelente, considerando a qualidade da hospedagem e o preço médio de hotéis do mesmo padrão na região. Recomendo firmemente.

Quiet room in a very central location.
Pros:

Excellent location. Friendly staff. Quiet room. Decent breakfast.

Cons:

Room awkwardly furnished, but bed was comfortable. Overwarm duvet, requiring lowering air conditioning to sleep -- a bad environmental choice unfortunately on trend with too many hotels. No option to switch that out for a light blanket.

Very comfortable, staff great . Disappointed the bar was shut after getting back from a concert
