Pros:

Location, quiet at night, staff were helpful.

Cons:

The price I booked at in April was $100 more a night than it was by the time we stayed.

Gut gelegenes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal.
Pros:

Die Lage ist hervorragend, zentral und doch ruhig. Fußläufig sind viele Sehenswürdigkeiten zu erreichen. Das Zimmer war angenehm groß, das Kingsize-Bett wunderbar. Zimmerausstattung ist gut, alles wesentliche vorhanden und gut aufgeteilt. Restaurant, Gartenlokal und Bar bieten auch die Möglichkeit vor Ort zu speisen. Das Personal ist kompetent, hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Wir haben lange überlegt, aber alles o.k.

Nice and cool hotel in central London

Cons:

Warm breakfast had no taste, we would recommend some spicing and salt. Room with a balcony was nice, but the neighbor in the other room was smoking on her balcony though smoking was forbidden? We had to keep the balcony door closed because of the smell.

Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen. Mehrere U-Bahn Stationen und öV in der Nähe. Nachts dank Innenhof sehr ruhig. Das Personal ist freundlich. Das Hotel geschmackvoll eingerichtet.

Cons:

Das Zimmer wahr am Anreisetag um 15:00 Uhr noch nicht bereit. Wir mussten 45 Min warten. Zimmerreinigung fand auch sonst erst um 17:00 Uhr statt! Lotionspender war leer und wurde während unseres Aufenthalts nicht aufgefüllt. Kein Klo-Deckel und keine Klo-Bürste vorhanden. Sehr kleines Fenster, welches sich nicht öffnen lies. Vorhänge die man nicht aufziehen konnte. Daher etwas düster im Zimmer. Das Zimmer ist sehr klein. Es gibt keine Haken im Zimmer und Bad um Kleider und Tücher aufzuhängen.
Das Hotel befindet sich in einem Geschäftsquartier. Die Cafés, Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe waren am Wochenende fast alle geschlossen. Insgesamt war das Hotel zwar okay, aber für die Preisklasse und die 4 Sterne hätten wir mehr erwartet.

Pros:

Отель превзошел все ожидания. Большой комфортный номер, очень чисто, есть все необходимое, чайник, кофемашина, кондиционер. Очень тихо. Расположение отличное, до всех интересных мест можно дойти пешком. Прекрасный завтрак на любой вкус, английский, континентальный, много фруктов. Персонал безупречен. Отличная часть нашего пребывания в Лондоне!

An excellent stay
Pros:

The public spaces and courtyard were extremely pleasant. The room was a good size. Meals were good and reasonably priced. Staff were frirndly and helpful

The colour scheme of the rooms and corridors. Grey and mud brown throughout
