Wat een fantastische ervaring! Ik wil het personeel van het hotel enorm bedanken voor hun geweldige gastvrijheid en service. Ik had gevraagd of zij, indien mogelijk, iets extra's wilden doen voor mijn kleindochter. Ze is onlangs geslaagd voor haar examens en dit was haar allereerste reis naar Londen, samen met haar moeder. Het hotel heeft mijn verzoek fantastisch opgepakt en er echt een onvergetelijk verblijf van gemaakt. Kamer upgrade en de tafel was vol prachtige cadeautjes, lekkere gebakjes en uiteraard een geweldige persoonlijke brief.
De communicatie vooraf verliep soepel en de vriendelijkheid waarmee we werden ontvangen was hartverwarmend. We zijn enorm dankbaar dat ze zo goed naar onze wensen hebben geluisterd en net dat beetje extra hebben gedaan om deze mijlpaal te vieren.
Absoluut een aanrader voor iedereen die op zoek is naar een verblijf in Londen met een persoonlijke touch. Wij komen hier zeker terug!
Kleine detail misschien, maar tijdens ontbijt wisten we niet dat er wordt via menukaart geserveerd, dus onze kids hebben alleen kleine croissantjes met een drankje genomen. Later kregen ze wel een uitleg van de personeel, dus volgende dag zijn ze heerlijk genoten van best sjiek ontbijt.

Super location for our needs, with bike hire/drop-off points very near. Close to the river and South Bank galleries/venues. Very handy for underground.
Staff in the dining room were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was lovely! Air con in the rooms was very welcome. How was the water so hot instantly the tap/shower went on? Miraculous. Chilled water freely available in foyer and helpful secure storage of bags until check-in time, and after we checked out until we went for our train.

The room itself was lovely and well renovated. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was large and beautiful.
The room was down in a hole (room 063). There shouldn’t be rooms there. It was literally under the main road. Thats very poor.
Room was clean and comfortable, staff was excellent. The outdoor garden was very nice.
The lobby was in an odd location, the ride service had a difficult time finding it

All staff we interacted with were very friendly, helpful and professional.
It was very hot during our stay and the air conditioning in our room malfunctioned. A change of room was suggested and the staff found us another room and moved our belongings immediately.
