Good for a one night stay upon arrival in San Jose! Rooms nice, good breakfast ......location not the most inspiring.

Todo bien
The family room was a good size with two large beds which accommodated our family of 4 perfectly. There is quite a busy road by the hotel, but there was very good sound proofed windows so we had a peaceful night.
There is quite a good swimming pool and our teenage children enjoyed the pool table and football table.
There was a wide variety of food for dinner, but there were other options close by.
Everything was fine
Breakfast was great. They had a kit for our dog in the room (treats, bed, and toy). Friendly staff.

El hotel es muy cómodo, si creo que es un hotel para visitas cortas ya que no cuenta con tantas amenidades pero no le falta nada. Mi experiencia en CR así como en el hotel ha sido marcada sobretodo por las personas, el personal del hotel es lo mejor que tiene, una calidez y amabilidad que por supuesto marcan la diferencia. Viajé con mascota, y los detalles como la camita, los platos de comida y el juguete, son esos detalles que me harán volver siempre.

La resolución de problemas, pésimo servicio, les mostré un pan del buffet de desayunos con moho que posiblemente ya me había comido el otro, y la reacción del personal fué muy natural, como si pasara muy a menudo, después se comentó la situación en la encuesta y el gerente da una respuesta bastante obsoleta para una cadena de tan prestigiosa marca, se le dice eso y da otra respuesta donde prácticamente quiere que le digan cómo solucionar, se supone que a él es al que le pagan para eso, pero bueno, eso justifica mucho la reacción del resto de su personal que quiere que les digan que tienen que hacer, y estos comentarios no se hacen con intención de sacar provecho alguno, eso no me interesa, pero si deberían de tomarse las cosas en serio y no comprobar que les queda muy grande la marca…
