Je suis extrêmement déçue par mon expérience dans cet hôtel.

À mon arrivée, j’ai expliqué ma situation liée à un problème de vol et j’ai demandé à modifier ma réservation. La personne à l’accueil m’a clairement assuré que je ne serais pas débitée pour la première nuit et que tout était réglé. C’est uniquement sur la base de cette information que j’ai accepté de rester une nuit supplémentaire.

Quelle n’a pas été ma surprise de constater ensuite que j’avais bien été facturée. Malgré plusieurs échanges avec l’établissement et le service client, personne n’a pris la responsabilité de cette erreur. On m’a simplement renvoyée vers les conditions de réservation, sans tenir compte de ce qui m’avait été explicitement confirmé sur place.

Je trouve cela inacceptable. Donner une information erronée à un client, puis refuser d’en assumer les conséquences, est un manque de professionnalisme évident.

À ce jour, je n’ai plus eu de réponse de leur part.

Je ne recommande pas cet hôtel, surtout si vous attendez un service fiable et honnête.
