Centrally located
Over priced! Small room, not very clean
La zona centralissima e strategica per raggiungere tutte le attrazioni, La gentilezza del personale che ha sempre provveduto a venire incontro alle nostre richieste, la camera molto grande e anche il bagno . Non abbiamo fatto colazione lì quindi non possiamo dire nulla su quella
Un po caro per essere un hotel davvero minimal (senza armadio per intenderci). Non abbiamo apprezzato particolarmente la presenza della vasca ma in altre camere c’è la doccia. In ogni caso mi sento di consigliarlo

Jeg ønsker hermed at klage over den service, vi har modtaget i forbindelse med en dobbeltbooking.
Vi var kommet til at lave en dobbeltbooking og forsøgte efterfølgende at få den ene booking slettet. Det viste sig desværre ikke at være muligt, og vi oplevede samtidig, at vi ikke kunne få den nødvendige hjælp fra jeres kundeservice til at få problemet løst.
Efter vores opfattelse burde dette være en forholdsvis enkel sag at rette, særligt når der er tale om en åbenlys dobbeltbooking. Derfor er vi meget utilfredse med både håndteringen og den manglende hjælp fra Booking.com.
Vi vil derfor bede jer om at gennemgå sagen og komme tilbage med en konkret løsning hurtigst muligt.

Wonderful people and location
Der Check-in verlief unkompliziert und schnell. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und bot eine große Auswahl. Außerdem ist die Lage sehr zentral, sodass man vieles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann.
Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat mich nicht ganz überzeugt. Für eine Nacht war der Preis meiner Meinung nach etwas zu hoch angesetzt.
Sehr gute Lage, das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig.
