Zimmerreinigung ist Standard nicht dabei, wurde uns beim einchecken nicht mitgeteilt. Im der Dusche gibt es keine Ablage und Brause kann nicht auf Höhe eingestellt werden. Schade bei 200€ +30€ Parkkosten pro Nacht

Pleasant and comfortable hotel in the city center.

Pleasant modern hotel. Comfortable rooms.

Faultty shower design leaves water on the floor. Breakfast coffee should be stronger.

Great location, great shower, great breakfast and really helpful staff.

Cons:

They don’t clean the rooms unless you ask but they didn’t tell me that. My room had 2 tiny single beds, far too small.

Pros:

Bon emplacement très central, buffet petit dejeuner varié et copieux

Cons:

Reservation d’une chambre supérieure et reçu une chambre pour personne à mobilité réduite avec mobilier adapté qui ne convenait pas du tout. Propreté de la salle de bain à revoir ainsi que la literie pas très confortable. En dessous des standards d’un 4 étoiles.

Når det er mye støy utenfor, som det selvfølgelig er midt i byen, MÅ aircondition fungere og ikke slås av i løpet av natten. Det var ekstremt varmt i rommet og ikke mulig å lufte pga støy utenfor.

God beliggenhed - flot morgenmad - medium service.
Pros:

Virkelig dejlige senge, og en super beliggenhed.
Stort udvalg på morgenmadsbuffet + høj kvalitet.

Cons:

Hotellet var helt booket - hvad der er dejligt for hotellet. Receptionen var, dog, meget presset, man burde nok have haft flere på arbejde. Det gjaldt både ved indtjekning og udtjekning.
Vi blev charged for en ekstra morgenmad, som vi skulle have spist på ankomstdag (men vi ankom først kl. 15.30 den dag), det tog os ekstra 30min ved receptionen, men pengene kunne ikke tilbageføres, nu er det sendt 'videre i systemet'. Det tog også ekstra tid, fordi vi hele tiden blev sat til side, så andre (der var lettere) kunne tjekke ud.
Den unge man som stod der var utrolig flink, men han var tydeligvis ikke klædt på til at passe receptionen alene.

Vi fandt mange lange sorte hår på badeværelset, og på værelset - vi er lyshårede og rødhårede.

Ved morgenmadsbuffeten havde personalet (de helt unge piger), mere travlt med at hente morgenmad og kaffe til dem selv, end til at hjælpe med lige at fjerne en tallerken på vores bord, eller skifte juice på deres tap-juice.
Klokken var 7.30, og vi sad 10 i restauranten - ingen smilede, og kun en sagde godmorgen.
