There was black mold all over the window sill . Couldn’t close the window . Just felt uncomfortable in the room as anyone could get in to the hotel when people are drunk with loads of banging

The location was good for what we needed.
The shower head holder was broken so we had to fashion one out of a hair scrunchie so we could shower. When I informed the staff when we checked out, they just said "oh that's a genius idea" no apology and no mention of getting it fixed.
It was filthy dirty, the lady in reception was really lovely. We wouldn't and couldn't stay there because of how filthy it was, made me sick. It had pads still in the bin, the shower was stinking, the beds has hair on them. So we walked out early.

Close to the centre of Merthyr. The tv had all of the apps needed like bbc iplayer and 4od. Never seen that in a hotel before
