Localização e atendimento

Cons:

Hotel muito velho e ar condicionado que não funcionava. Quando tirei a tela do ar estava cheio de mofo e muita sujeira, sinal que estava sem limpeza há meses. Nunca mais me hospedo nesse local e nem recomendo. Infelizmente cheguei lá tarde, senão teria procurado outro hotel.

Já é segunda vez que reservo com o Flat é maravilhoso por conta da localização, você se senti quase em casa, tem tudo e por conta do atendimento de todos funcionários, são sempre muitos gentis é maravilhoso.

Cons:

Na vdd nenhuma reclamação somente sugestão, luzes mais fortes nos cômodos, são muito fraca, anoite fica muito escuro, e Ter uma água climatizada na recepção ou bebedor de água.

Educação dos funcionários , localização e café da manhã

Cons:

A digitalização ainda não chegou no hotel ainda tem que preencher documentos a papel e caneta para uma pessoa que sempre se hospeda ali eles ja deveriam ter os dados , este hotel e muito bom porém nao e barato mas oferece algumas coisas boas , localização , segurança compensa para um bate volta mais dias pode ficar bem caro

Great value for money
Pros:

I have stayed at this hotel 5 times, and I'll keep staying there every time I go to Santos. The location is awesome, the parking works well, the staff is super friendly and the rooms are huge and comfortable.

Cons:

The only thing I don't like is that the breakfast never changes. It's been the same for years. Also, some things in the room are quite old. The windows don't close completely, the bathroom is quite old too. But everything works fine.
