Pros:

L'emplacement et la climatisation dans la chambre.

Cons:

Nous devions être dans un appartement. Or contrairement à ce que nous avions vu lors de la réservation, l’appartement n’a pas la climatisation. Il a été possible de changer pour une chambre avec climatisation mais la chambre était très petite. L'annonce manque de clarté.

Pros:

La Comodidad , limpieza , trato del personal , a 100 metros la estación de METRO.
Barrio tranquilo con supermercados , ocio y restauración muy cerca .
Decorado muy bonito y muy coqueto .
Una habitación cómoda y amplia para una familia de 3 miembros .

Cons:

Es un apartamento maravilloso para un estancia en París .
No le pondríamos nada negativo .

Disappointing
Pros:

Location was great. Just a few steps from the subway. It was very easy to get anywhere in Paris. There are also lots of shops around.

Cons:

Residence Aurmat did not fit the description of a hotel or an Airbnb. I stayed for 7 days in an extremely small room with a kitchenette, but it only had 4 glasses and 2 mugs: no plates, no silverware, no cooking utensils. There was no service of any kind, except for towel exchange upon request. You even have to take out your own trash. There was a card in the room listing international TV channels, but none were available. When I asked the main office (manned from 1 to 8 pm), I was told the card was old, and they only had French TV. The only window in the room opened to an air shaft and across from another room. Curtains had to be drawn for privacy, so no natural light. The description with ‘views of the city’ was not what I got.

La climatisation peu bruyante (ça sauve en période de canicule).
Machine Nespresso, biscotte, madeleine, confiture à disposition dans la chambre.
Le quartier commerçant.
A côté du métro.

Cons:

Surface un peu petite pour 2 personnes si long séjour.
Prix élevé.

Pros:

L’appartement est très central, situé au pied des magasins et restaurants, donnant sur l’arrière cours au calme, l’accès est parfaitement sécurisé et avec ascenseur. Il est grand, ce qui est très pratique voyageant en famille avec nos grosses valises. L’accueil par le gérant qui a été très agréable et soucieux de faciliter notre arrivée.

Cons:

Les éclairages et les WC pourraient être améliorés.
L’appartement n’est pas dans la résidence Aurmat, il se situe à 10mn à pied de la station Jean Jaurès ce dont nous n’étions pas informés avant notre arrivée.

Excellent experience, recommend 100%
Pros:

Communication with David was wonderful- quick replies and clear instructions. David provided our room earlier than check in time without additional cost, because his team was able to clean it fast prior to our arrival as we informed about coming earlier for baggage drop off.

Рекомендую апартаменти дуже чисті зручні у розташуванні. І головне місце тихе.
Pros:

Помешкання знаходиться у тихому можна сказати елітному районі. Це передмістя, але доступ до всіх видатних місць на метро дуже швидко і не напряжно хоч в Парижі і ліній метро аж 14 але все дуже просто. Магазин поряд, ресторани. Апартаменти маленькі але дуже чисті охайні. В апартаментах все є кава плита холодильник мікрохвильова, фен, кондиціонер. Все супер. Рекомендую. Точно не пошкодуєте. Це помешкання дасть вам змогу відпочити після інтенсивного вікенду)

Невеличкий запах стоку, каналізації. І немає праски. А так все супер.

Really quiet, very nice apartment with everything we needed.
Pros:

Really cute apartment walking distance from Roland Garros in a quiet area.

Cons:

You had to collect the key from a hotel quite a walk away from the apartment. They did offer me an uber at their expense though.
