Nothing. Staff were unfriendly, house was not clean, it was scruffy, wardrobe doors hanging off. Dirty cup in room. No clean cups. Shower unpredictable. Fire risk as no safe exit, window would not open fully but also the catches broken. Facilities less than adequate. Took a few pics but not of all faults as this would be too depressing.
Very poor.

The room was very shabby in terms of furniture (apart from bed) fixtures and fittings and the cleaning left much to desire. The shower tray, although cleaned looked old and stained so did not look fresh to get in to, there were cracks in the bathroom floor tiles, the chrome shower frame looked as if not cleaned for a while, corners of floor dirty, cracks in the grouting etc. The bath mat in the shower had many holes in it. Whoever had painted the walls /celling left splodges/drops, missed bits etc in bathroom & main room - skirting had not been painted - all looked a do it as quick as you can but don't mind if not done well. Window sills looked as if not cleaned in our room and communal room, lace curtains in our room had small holes and odd lengths. The kitchen area in the room had very basic and shabby cupboards, we didn't try the hot plates and couldn't work out how the fridge in room turned on. It all looked so tired you didn't really want to use it. There was no need to have it at all with a communal kitchen area - would have been more comfortable with a nice seating area instead. There was a kettle, but no plug socket so kettle used on the floor level socket The window handles also broken, marks on cupboard doors that had not been cleaned. The seats were fold up wooden seats so nothing comfortable to sit on and the furniture didn't match in any way so room just looked shabby as soon as you walked in. This room did not match the reviews or images on the site so was really disappointing for a 4 night stay. I would forgive things like poor decorating but holes in towels, curtains and poor cleaning, worn out amenities are not forgivable as they are easily remedied.

The security policy got me troubled. It mentioned that they wouldn’t answerable for any missing personal property left in my room.
That’s the last thing any guest would want to hear.

Totally disappointed within the first 5 min of entering the room. The furniture was dusty, there was hair on the pillow when I arrived, and the mattress was so old and uncomfortable, it should be trashed asap. You can smell a weird smell when you enter the hallway, which had a very dirty carpet, and everything in the kitchen was dirty, I had to clean anything I want to use prior to using it. The whole apartment could use some deep cleaning. Never missed my home more.

I worried about the fizzing electric fuse box outside my room.

Je werd bij aankomst via intercom te woord gestaan. Dan kreeg je code om binnen te komen en dat sleutel op de kamer lag. Dat was het. Vloerbedekking op de trap was erg vies.
Kamer leek schoon, bed was niet erg geweldig.
De douche werd erg heet en lukte niet om kouder te zetten.
Ontbijt was in gezamelijke ruimte met 1 tafel en keuken. De keuken was erg vies. Je moest zelf je ontbijt maken en daarna afwassen. Er waren met name eieren en bacon en kaas en plakkerig brood in de koelkast. Gelukkig ook een mand met appels en mandarijnen. De 2e ochtend zijn we maar buiten de deur gaan ontbijten.
Locatie was perfect. 5 min lopen van metrostation en gezellige pub om de hoek.
