I have stayed at this hotel before and during my previous stay the room was not cleaned properly . I noticed a new member of staff called Sam . The room was well cleaned and comfortable. Thank you Sam ,for the excellent service . I hope the hotel recognises your hard work and keeps up this standard of cleanliness .
Improving the rooms and facilities would make guests stay even better .

Just needs a tidy up, broken things in the bathroom, tv remote dudnt work
Location and how close it was to shops and bus stops. Just loved that.
The bed was just springs it needs to be changed .the corridor need deep cleaning reception turns you off before you see your room. Room was basic. With 12 nights no attempt was made to offer cleaning.
On my last day I saw a change, for the first time the corridor was cleared and clean.
The location is easy to commute back and forth from Central London. Which was good.
The pictures arent wholly representative of the actual state of it. The hotel itself is run down.
Fire doors are propped open. Window restrictors are not in place property.
The toilet brush and a hardened mixture of faeces and toilet paper on it.
The walls and the floors are stained.
The cover and door handle was loose and nearly came off.
For the price I didnt expect it to be spotless. But equally I dont think it was value for money.
Scam
Everything is dirty and not proper, warning bed bugs

The rooms were in very poor condition. I found someone else's belongings in my room with indicates that it wasn't properly clean

Fire trap—exposed wires, plug sockets broken, no gap above microwave and door would open. Was told not to get water on hob top. No tea or coffee, kettle broken, no hangers. WiFi not working. Disgusting stains on the walls and cigarette burns on the carpet. Fridge no
Door on freezer compartment. No shower hot water. When I complained I was told that I should have told them earlier. And should haven’t stayed so they won’t refund.
It was a very good and comfortable space.
From the reception It was like fingers crossed but getting inside it worth it.
No breakfast.
The staff were MOST helpful ad nothing was too much for them.
Comfy bed and super towels.

The shower water was exceedingly slow to drain away by as water up to my ankles
