Door on freezer compartment. No shower hot water. When I complained I was told that I should have told them earlier. And should haven’t stayed so they won’t refund.
It was a very good and comfortable space.
From the reception It was like fingers crossed but getting inside it worth it.

The staff were MOST helpful ad nothing was too much for them.

The location was good. Staff very helpful and allowed us to book in earlier as I had a funeral to attend. Room was comfortable. It was value for money for a one night stay.
Could do with some updating. The wardrobe needs to be secured to the wall,when you go to open both doors it felt like it would topple over

There was no one at the reception to assist or guide information. Hall way was smelling of cigarettes and the room looks very old

The facilities were abominable and I am shocked that you would list such a delapidated and insecure property on your platform. There was pink insulation foam sprayed in the corners of the room. The walls were lined with torn wall paper. The matress was hollowed out in the middle on a single bed , when the image displayed a double. The very small table on which was mounted a two ring burned housed broken draws. The floor was covered in torn linoleium and the door to the room had a half inch gap between the door and the frame. Needless to say I was appalled as the photograph on your sight is a complete misrepresentation. This property is to be removed if you have any integrity and an actual committment to your ethos with respect to providing safe and standardized properties. I was unable to stay at the facility which in no way fits the descriptive of a flexi apartment, as I did not feel safe and what was furnished fell far below an acceptable standard. I therefore request a full refund for all charges that I incurred with this booking.
