Raddison Blu Addis Ababa is the most amazing hotel in the city. The staff are like a family and always go the extra mile. The rooms are spotless, with comfortable beds. The breakfast is like a banquet…. the menu is varied with both traditional and international food. The reception staff and concierge are always available. Easy shuttle service to and from the airport. Would highly recommend.
Excellent experience. The friendliness of the staff is top-notch. The shuttle service is precise and punctual. In my case, the driver, Mr. Tesfaye, was flawless. The reception staff is constantly available. The cuisine is varied and of excellent quality. It includes both local and international dishes. Overall, you feel right at home, and I want to thank everyone for their warmth and hospitality.

Cleanliness was a little lacking at times down in the coffee area
The transfer to the hotel from the airport was well organized. The breakfast was excelent, with lots of options, including gluten-free. The restaurant has great selection for lunch and dinner, including buffet option at a fair price. The spa offers excellent massages. The gym is good. The hotel is quiet, clean and well maintained. The beds and the pillows are wonderful. The houskeeping staff, the staff at reception, the restaurant and the spa are all fantastic and so attentive. I loved that they made me Ethiopian coffee for breakfast (which was strong and amazing).
The airconditioning in the room was somewhat loud but since it wasn't that hot, it could be turned off during the night.
