The facilities were good. Chef Amit and Nivedita in the breakfast team were very warm and efficient - ensured everyone was attended to. The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Toiletries from Crabtree and Evelyn took the cake

My stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment I arrived, I was completely amazed and deeply moved by the incredible level of personalized service across every department. The reception team, the kitchen chefs, the restaurant servers, and the executive lounge staff went truly above and beyond to make my visit memorable.
The executive lounge was an absolute highlight. The gentleman working there double-served as a bartender, crafting superb cocktails with an incredibly amicable and professional touch. His genuine warmth made every visit to the lounge a delight.
The staff blew me away with their overwhelming hospitality. On the night before my departure, I was honored to be selected as their "Customer of the Night" and was presented with a beautiful cake. The next morning, as I was checking out, they surprised me again with another cake to wish me safe travels! On top of that, they celebrated my birthday with a spectacularly decorated cake and upgraded me to a fabulous suite. These thoughtful gestures made me feel deeply valued as a guest.
My only constructive feedback relates to the breakfast service in the main restaurant. There were many traditional dishes being prepared for other guests that I would have loved to try, but I didn't know their names or how to order them. I found it a bit difficult to communicate my requests with some of the kitchen staff due to a language barrier. While I completely respect being in a host country, as an international Hilton property, having a bit more English fluency or guided assistance at the live stations would help foreign guests navigate and enjoy the incredible culinary offerings.
Despite that minor communication challenge, the warmth and generosity of the team were unforgettable. DoubleTree by Hilton Gurgaon - New Delhi NCR delivered a world-class experience, and I will certainly be back in the future.
