In particular, property had employed physically challenged personnel.

Cons:

Poor maintenance - locker had issues, iron box did not work, had to be replaced.

No hangers in wardrobe.

Outdated equipments in gym.

Below average rooms.

Great location, large clean rooms, wonderful breakfast
Pros:

My 81 year old mother and 83 year old father stayed here. They found the room large and comfortable and the location excellent, the stay was fair value, but most of all they enjoyed the breakfast. While their breakfast was included, they liked it so much that they even invited friends who live in the area as paid guests to join them for breakfast on several days as it was priced very reasonably for the large variety and good quality, so they were very popular among their friends 😁

Great hotel. Just check the AC before unpacking lol
Pros:

Close to some great eateries in Gurgaon.

Cons:

Was bumped up to a suite however the AC of the suite was not working at all. Called the electrician/room service twice to come and have a look and it didn’t seem to work. Was not offered a room change or a better fix.

Best hotel experience ever
Pros:

My stay was very good and plesent. Everyone was very king and respectful all the shef, staff including the housekeeper Ajay Kumar. His service was always good and never refused for anything. He helped to keep the room clean and tidy. Hope I could spend more time here....
