My stay was very comfortable, I enjoyed every moment i had at the hotel

The staff at the hotel and the bar were very nice and welcoming. The room was also very comfortable with the beds, free water and complimentary coffee pods being very appreciated, thank you for making us feel very comfortable and welcoming ♥️

今回は2度目の利用です。前回はダブルベッドのスタンダードタイプでした。前回気に入りましたから今回も同じ部屋を予約しましたが、予約後に非常に廉価でグレードアップのお誘いがあり、そのようにしていいただきました。何とジュニアスートでした。キングサイズベッド、モダンで巨大なバスとシャワーと素晴らしいなめし皮のソファ、素晴らしい眺望！
他で予約していた娘との夕食を急遽裏庭のビアガーデンに変更しました。木々に囲まれて、涼やかなLONDONの夕刻を楽しみました。食事はもちろん美味しく、スタッフはフレンドリーで素晴らしい時間を過ごしました。　翌朝ホテルの前にマーケットが立ちLONDONで暮らす方々の週末の暮らしも拝見できました。

Relaxing place for busy trip. Perfect balance.
Pros:

The location was very convenient for what we had planned. The bed was perfect for me and the pillows I slept like a log. We stayed in a room with a name. The bathroom was lush. The bath was amazing. The breakfast tasted amazing. The staff were so helpful. We said when we come back to London we would stay again.

A Hidden Gem so close to the City!!
Pros:

The rooms were clean and well maintained
The whole property was very buzzy but not loud. The Breakfast was amazing as were the staff

Cons:

Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working.
This was disappointing as my sister has hip and knee problems and struggled to get up the stairs. Luckily a very helpful member of staff took our small suitcases up to our room. Excellent customer service

It would have been kind if the hotel would have told us in advance that they are hosting 1.000
football fans in their garden until 11 p.m. that night. The lobby was filled with drunk people. Fine. I hope they had a great night, but we would have gone somewhere else.
At the breakfast, the service was strange. No ‘hello’, no instructions, and a very long wait for any attention. It all seemed understaffed and untrained.

Wifi isn’t great

If you’ve paid for a suite (Blue Lantern room) with a living room, the WiFi doesn’t work on the TV’s and required to try and hotspot as a guest, if can’t, renders paying more for the “top” room useless.

Shower head dirty and full of limescale

Used dirty fork side of bed from previous guest, stains on sofa - considering rest of room was spotless….. baffles me a dirty fork was missed

Water in bath doesn’t get over to a certain temperature, ok in summer, would imagine problematic in winter

Mistakes that shouldn’t be happening that unfortunately spoilt what would have been a lovely stay ….. paying a premium for the top room shouldn’t attract these issues.
