Pros:

The hotel was everything you expect a hotel to be. They definitely go the extra mile, to provide you with all the little extras, without the cost. Location was perfect less than 30 minutes into Central London, on the tube.

Cons:

Outside areas could have been cleaner, but it did lokk like improvements were in motion at the time of our visit. We will definitely book to stay again.

Pros:

Good location next to the train stop and a nice neighborhood. We were surprised with the amenities and the great staff! Everybody was super nice and helpful.

Lovely hotel, staffed by a good set of people.
Pros:

A large and busy hotel with a relaxed and welcoming feel to it. All the staff were friendly and helpful even when in the bar and restaurant it was very busy.
Rooms were comfortable and clean with Air Con and good supply of tea/coffee/water.
It is really close to tube station so great for getting anywhere.

Cons:

The garden area is large and a great asset but a lot of the furniture is looking and feeling tired. Otherwise a great space in these hot times.
