Pros:

Everything! The staff were super friendly and helpful, the food was delicious, the cleaning was impeccable, the generosity of spirit and time, the styling of the hotel, the proximity of the tube station, the quietness of the location, the excellent night's sleep. I could continue! We wouldn't hesitate to come back. A wonderful hotel perfect for a West End trip! Book it today! 🥰

Cons:

The only thing that could have been better is the wi-fi for streaming shows on Netflix etc. It was a bit blurry and buffering took a while. A minor, minor point considering there is so much to do!

Das Hotel ist empfehlenswert - hat uns gut gefallen. Direkt an der U-Bahn-Station West Ealing
Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück, schönes Zimmer / neues Badezimmer. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Pup, man hat aber in den Zimmer nichts gehört.

Pros:

O quarto era espaçoso e silencioso. Bem próximo da mais moderna linha do metrô de Londres, com acesso rápido ao aeroporto de Heathrow e ao centro de Londres.

Cons:

A televisão do quarto não estava funcionando e o problema não foi resolvido durante os 8 dias da estadia.
O atendimento no café da manhã e no restaurante é fraco.

Lovely hotel great breakfast a bit too far out for visiting London city

Lovely rooms comfy bed great beer garden breakfast was exceptional

Cons:

Came back after being to the theatre at 10pm and the bar was closed which we thought was not good considering it is a pub so no drinks after 10 on a Sunday
