Absolutely everything, very welcoming

The rooms were clean and well maintained
The whole property was very buzzy but not loud. The Breakfast was amazing as were the staff
Unfortunately the lift wasn’t working.
This was disappointing as my sister has hip and knee problems and struggled to get up the stairs. Luckily a very helpful member of staff took our small suitcases up to our room. Excellent customer service

It would have been kind if the hotel would have told us in advance that they are hosting 1.000
football fans in their garden until 11 p.m. that night. The lobby was filled with drunk people. Fine. I hope they had a great night, but we would have gone somewhere else.
At the breakfast, the service was strange. No ‘hello’, no instructions, and a very long wait for any attention. It all seemed understaffed and untrained.

Wifi isn’t great
If you’ve paid for a suite (Blue Lantern room) with a living room, the WiFi doesn’t work on the TV’s and required to try and hotspot as a guest, if can’t, renders paying more for the “top” room useless.
Shower head dirty and full of limescale
Used dirty fork side of bed from previous guest, stains on sofa - considering rest of room was spotless….. baffles me a dirty fork was missed
Water in bath doesn’t get over to a certain temperature, ok in summer, would imagine problematic in winter
Mistakes that shouldn’t be happening that unfortunately spoilt what would have been a lovely stay ….. paying a premium for the top room shouldn’t attract these issues.
Wat een fantastisch hotel. Enorm gastvrij personeel. Hele mooie kamers. Heerlijk ontbijt met een uitgebreid keuzemenu in werkelijk alle Engelse varianten die je kunt bedenken.
Wij waren er met de hittegolf van juni. Gratis gekoelde flesjes water in een koelkast op de gang en fijne airco op de kamers.
Ook nog een prachtig historisch pand.
Tijdens ons verblijf werd op groot scherm in de tuin voetbal gekeken ( het WK en Engeland speelde). Een enorm evenement waarvan we op onze kamer helemaal geen last hadden. Het was eigenlijk heel leuk.
West Ealing voelt heel relaxt. Een verademing na de drukte van het centrum van Londen. Treinstation West Ealing ligt echt om de hoek aan de Elisabeth line. Goeie verbinding met het centrum. De Elisabeth line heeft wel wat studie nodig. Niet elke trein stopt op West Ealing. De treinen naar Heathrow T4 en T5 stoppen er. Staat overigens goed aangegeven op het station waar je instapt.

Loved the bedrooms they were comfortable, clean with air-con. Well stocked bathroom with excellent shower.
The outside space,beer garden, is great the best beer garden i am sure. Really enjoyed our freshly cooked breakfast on Sunday morning. Location is excellent as well,
train station very close by. Parking very limited first come etc, but near by is Waitrose, parking £10.
That we didn't stay longer than one night !

All staff friendly and helpful, especially breakfast staff. Nothing too much trouble. Housekeeping team excellent.
Room was clean and comfortable. The bath was a godsend. Not too much to do near the hotel, but it's worth walking to see the cemeteries and Wild Things Colombian cafe. The staff were great, and the beer garden was perfect to watch a World Cup match. I'll definitely return.
Servers in the beer garden could be more attentive and I feel like one bartender knew he was doing a terrible beer pour, gave up half-way through and gave it to me anyway. 90% hated that, but 10% respect lol

pokoje menší, servírované snídaně (výběr každý den stejný) - při delším pobytu bych si už neměl z čeho vybírat
