We were in town for a wedding and were Vert satisfied.
Pros:

Room was clean and spacious. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Coffee way to strong, omelets not the warmest.

Suite Room was Great!
Pros:

Room was purchased through our Chase Saophire card. Check in was easy and we went straight to our room on the first floor. Upon entering we noticed they had a floor fan going and baseboard pulled away from the wall with mold behind it. That wasn’t going to work! We went back to front desk and Hailey apologized profusely and moved us to room 312 which is a much larger 2 Queen room. It was lovely and very clean. Hailey did the exact right thing. Her customer service skills are impeccable.
Breakfast was above average with really good coffee.
We will be back! And mainly because of Hailey!

Great service and accommodation. Clean room and good breakfast options.
Pros:

Haley, the front desk clerk was so friendly and made my check in so smooth.
When I swiped my card to enter room it wouldn't let me gain access. There was an issue with door handle. Haley went above and beyond and switched me to a comparable room with the same accommodations. Haley provided the best service I could ask for.
Location is great! It was a clean hotel.
Breakfast was good with a variety of selections.

Overall very happy and will likely stay again!
Pros:

Perfect for families, price for the hotel was good as well. Loved the pool especially the shallow kids area, I wish more places had that! Definitely will be back!

Cons:

I wished they had more large bath towels in the room so we didn’t have to ask for more instantly. Otherwise no complaints!

We were very comfortable here. Close to Sanford medical facilities
Pros:

Clean and breakfast was good. Quiet and staff was great!

Cons:

Pool was noisy with children’s wading pool. Very strong smell of chlorine.

Great place to stay
Pros:

Very clean, comfortable beds, good breakfast. Close to Avera clinics.

Cons:

Check out staff was busy visiting with each other, while we waited.
