Appartements spacieux et relativement bien insonorisés fenêtres fermées
Parking souterrain sécurisé

l'accueil , la chambre

Cons:

je n'aurais pas dû ouvrir la porte du réfrigérateur, il était vide mais l'odeur était infecte, on a dû ouvrir la fenêtre toute la nuit
Et avec la voie rapide à côté, c'est assez bruyant. La caution j'aurais aimé être au courant avant. et pas de climatisation

Agréable. Calme.
Pros:

Appartement propre. La literie nickel. C'était calme.
Avec cette chaleur, l'hôtel nous a fournit des ventilos.

Cons:

Le parking, je n'avais pas compris pas compris dans le prix.
Le personnel du matin pas agréable.

A new low standard for customer service
Cons:

Impossible to find: The address provided didn’t lead the hotel. I spent half an hour’s wandering around on foot just to locate the building, after driving for 7 hours and always ending in the wrong spot with 3 different navigation apps.

Zero flexibility or empathy: Once I finally arrived, the receptionist refused to let me check in because my physical ID was in my car (2 km away). I offered a digital copy on my iPhone and even emailed it to them, but they couldn't care less.

Appalling service: Instead of trying to help a stranded, stressed and sweating guest, the receptionist literally left me standing there for 15 minutes just to have casual small talk with other guests.

I ended up having to find another hotel entirely, which made me incredibly late for an important appointment. Completely unprofessional and utterly disrespectful of a customer's time.

Don’t book during the summer !
Pros:

Staff were professional and eager to support us through the horrendous experience.

Cons:

It’s like a steam house. The Appartment was on the 3rd floor and the heat was trapped in. All windows faced the main roads so the heat was travelling up in to the rooms. Sleepless 2 nights and the worst we have experienced ever.

Pros:

Nous avons apprécié le calme de l'appartement (bien isolé phonétiquement), le confort des lits et canapé, la propreté du linge et le parking privé, tout cela pour un prix modeste !

Cons:

J'ai dû nettoyer le ventilateur mis à disposition, qui était plein de poussière !
Il aurait fallu trois ventilateurs du fait des trois espaces nuit car nous avons séjourné le week-end de Pentecôte, en pleine canicule...
Nous aurions apprécié une pelle et balayette, c'est toujours utile !
