Old and run down, mold in the shower, dirty face washer
No clear check in instructions, had to phone when arriving after hours. Heating in lower level bedrooms not attached to the wall properly. Felt unsafe. Over priced

Amazing Location!
Pros:

I absolutely loved the location. No need for a hire car to explore central queenstown when you are less than 5 min walk from the waterfront and so many attractions and food venues.
The room was fantastic value for money. So spacious and comfortable and the bed was very large and comfortable which was appreciated after a day of exploring.
The staff were really friendly and didn't mind answering all of our questions.
