O pior hotel em que já me hospedei na vida! :/ Em uma das noites, ficamos sem energia elétrica a noite toda! Eles nem se dão ao trabalho de fazer melhorias ou aprimorar o atendimento... Fiquei 4 noites; no último dia, o serviço de quarto finalmente limpou o ambiente :) e, quando pedi toalhas novas, o recepcionista disse que enviaria, mas nunca mandou! É como se a gente não estivesse pagando pela estadia, né? O valor que pagamos por diária aqui é o mesmo cobrado em outros países onde o serviço é de primeira. Não consigo entender por que a hospitalidade no Brasil é tão ruim...

Pros:

The hot indoors pool (literally 40° C or even a bit more), very spacious outdoors with a playground and pools area. The breakfast was awesome (great variety of sweet options, less so of savoury but that's common in Brazil I guess). 20 minutes walk (along the road) from Birds' park and Iguazu falls center. The travel agency on site were very helpful when we decided to go to visit Argentina falls last minute.

Cons:

OK rooms (great beds though) that would be nice to renovate, only one receptionist at the hotel spoke English. Still we found it great value for money and close to the attractions and the airport!

Infestação de Percevejos
Cons:

Tive uma péssima experiência no hotel. Ficamos uma semana no apartamento 326 e havia uma infestação de percevejos.. Eu, meu marido e meu filho ficamos em pipocados. E as marcas só ficaram mais intensas quando saímos do hotel. Durante a hospedagem meu marido e meu filho começaram a apresentar marcas. Tivemos que passar no médico. Avisei o hotel para que eles fizessem a limpeza do apartamento. Eles responderam minhas mensagens, mas não pareciam surpresos. Nunca mais fico nesse hotel. Anexo aqui as fotos das mordidas dos insetos.
