Value for money in this Hotel very close to beach and old town center.
Pros:

Hotel is very good situated, close to beach (other side of the street) and close to old town Benidorm commercial center. all is in walking distance.
Breakfast is basic but ok. Price/quality is ok for this hotel. We recommend the rooms with Sea view and terrasse.
Staff is friendly and helpful. We had a small issue and this is very professionally and correctly solved.

Pros:

Una estancia de 10. Lo mejor, sin duda, es el personal: todos fueron increíblemente amables, atentos y siempre con una sonrisa, haciendo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer momento.

Además, quiero destacar el cariño con el que tratan a las mascotas. Viajamos con nuestro perro y fue un placer encontrar un hotel donde realmente son bienvenidos.

Sin duda volveremos y lo recomendamos al 100 %. ¡Gracias a todo el equipo por vuestra amabilidad y excelente trato!

Cons:

Como única sugerencia de mejora, la cama de matrimonio podría renovarse, ya que el colchón se hunde bastante en el centro. Y, si algún día incorporaran una pequeña guardería canina para dejar a los perros unas horas, sería un auténtico acierto y los diferenciaría aún más.

Hotel does the job, location excellent a short walk to the beach.
Pros:

Basic enough hotel, staff friendly enough. Value for money. Location is excellent and best of old town and new town.

Cons:

Parking cost an additional €100 for the stay which wasn’t listed in the advertisement. Wasn’t happy about that, seems a bit expensive to park a car for a few days.

Очень приветливый персонал! Всегда отзывчивые люди, подсказали некоторые моменты. Хорошее расположение гостиницы, не далеко от пляжа и от старого города, где проходят все шумные вечеринки. Ха счет расположения вы можете выбрать где провести вечер в громкой тусочной стороне, либо просо пойти в другую сторону набережной и пройтись в более спокойной и тихой обстановке. Магазин для покупки водички или каких-то продуктов находиться в трех минутах ходьбы.

Cons:

То что в номере небыло чайника, но его можно взять на ресепшене в аренду. Залог за него вернут при сдаче на ресепшене.
