Very good hotel
Pros:

The room was clean and big enough for Tokyo hotel standard. Bed was confortable, and the toilet big enough for one person. To store your lugagge you have the space under the bed. The hotel staff is helpful and I have nothing to say about the cleaning. Every morning the cleaning staff leave a bag on the bedroom door with towels and coffee, tea, and other things. I stayed for 7 days and my room was cleaned twice.

Cons:

May be I recommend to put another washing machine in the hotel. One isn't enough.

お風呂以外は良かったです。
Pros:

清潔で過ごし良かったです。

Cons:

２泊迄は清掃が入らないので、2日目にお風呂の排水が詰まって流れていかず、自分で排水溝の掃除をした事で残念な気持ちになりました。
シャワーカーテンから雑巾の匂いがしました。

Decent enough hotel, would use again but need better breakfast choice.
Pros:

Proximity to where I wanted to be and local train station 500 m away

Cons:

Staff a little surly at times. Breakfast guy very surly. Rooms very small afore two people and suitcases. Breakfast only Japanese no western option.
