Pros:

館内が清潔で心地良く、部屋でも快適に過ごす事ができました。チェックインの時間変更にも柔軟に対応してくれました。駅から徒歩５分程度でしたので朝もゆっくり準備する事ができました。

Cons:

喫煙者のため、喫煙環境が全くないのは不便でした。
朝食時に入口にいたスタッフから「お好きな席にお座りください」と指示があったので座って待っていましたが、10分程経過してからお店の方に「注文されましたか？」と声をかけられ「自分でQRコードからメニューを注文するのか」と知りました。テーブルの上のQRコードは確認していましたが、指示は「お好きな席にお座りください」だけだったので、その後に注文はどのようにするのか、メニューを持ってきてもらえるのか等の指示があると思い込んでいました。

Great Hotel, but moldy bathroom
Pros:

Comfy Bed and perfect location with different subway lines next by as well as good coffee places and restaurants.

Cons:

First room I got smelled like cigarettes and second one had a lot of mold within the bathroom. Fan in the bathroom didn't work properly which caused a lot of humidity to build up.

Very quiet at night. Hotel staff were helpful. Lots of amenities available in the room. Easy access to Ginza.

Cons:

The location is very quiet, maybe a bit too much If that's your first time visiting Japan.
Room was small but that's typical in Japan.

A standard APA hotel – we got exactly what we expected. The room was clean and well maintained. The location offers convenient access to Ginza, Akihabara, and Tokyo Skytree, making it a good base for exploring the city.

Cons:

One minor issue was that the room humidity was noticeably higher than in other APA hotels we have stayed at.

Helpful staff

Cons:

There was an issue with my room, which was sorted next day.Also there is an issue with adresss, (as if you're not careful selecting on google map) it will take you to a different location instead .
