Helpful staff

Cons:

There was an issue with my room, which was sorted next day.Also there is an issue with adresss, (as if you're not careful selecting on google map) it will take you to a different location instead .

Muy limpio todo. Yucatas y artículos de tocador disponibles.
Ubicado cerca de la estación.

Cons:

Espacio muy reducido (incluso para Japón), la cama doble estaba pegada a la pared. La ducha mojaba el baño.
Tener en cuenta que hay un solo ascensor, un solo microondas y una sola lavadora en todo el hotel.

Un hotel de calidad normal/ baja.

Cons:

El baño, es bastante incómodo y pequeño, igual que la habitación. De todos los hoteles en los que hemos estado en Japón, es el de peor calidad y más caro.
El personal sin más.

Great price/quality
Pros:

The location is great, the staff very friendly and the room is fine. I booked a double room for myself. If you travel alone I would advise you to do the same because for two people is very small. The room was cleaned every 3 days, but you had the option to do it every day. We stayed for a week and that was fine. The neighbourhood is also very nice and quiet for Tokyo. Price/quality its a very good deal.

Cons:

Not things that I would say are bad, but for you te keep in mind. First its a business hotel, so the rooms are small. I am used to it, but do yourself a favor and book a bigger room. Second, a Taiwanese restaurant facilitate breakfast. You can choose between a few sets, no buffet. Not really to our liking, but that is personal taste. The quality was absolutely fine. There is a cafe with great bread nearby and they do breakfast deals. We went there. I stayed with friends who smoke, there is no smoking room in the hotel or around the hotel. The neighbourhood is 'smoke free', the first smoking area is in Akihabara.
