Повне розчарування.
Pros:

У номері було тихо і прохолодно.

Cons:

Ми відчували себе непроханими гостями. Готель по обслуговування не тягне на 5 зірок зовсім. Усе робиться тільки з поштовху. В номері прибрали тількі після прохання, міні бар був відсутній взагалі, але на рецепції навіть не знали про це. Паркінг у готелі це кілька місць вздовж дороги біля готелю, навіть коли там було звільнено більшість місць на наступний день, ніхто не запропонував туди переставити машину, так і стояла з погодинною оплатою навпроти, хоча при заселенні обіцяли передзвонити як тільки буде місце. Сніданки середні, голодним не будеш, але і нічого особливого. Готель дуже розчарував. Бронювали по відгуках і не очікували, що може бути так. Бажання повернутися не виникає зовсім

Pros:

Все супер! Один з найкращих готелів, де зупинявся в житті.

Cons:

На жаль дуже мало власних паркомісць для авто без можливості гарантованого попереднього бронювання. Довелося паркуватися поряд на муніципальній парковці за гроші.

Чистий і комфортний номер, чудовий сервіс та дуже смачні сніданки.

Cons:

Єдине, що залишило негативне враження, — ситуація з паркуванням. На Booking зазначено, що паркування безкоштовне, а працівник готелю сам показав, де залишити автомобіль. Під час виїзду ми знайшли квитанцію про штраф, оскільки це виявилося міське паркування, яке потрібно оплачувати.
Коли я пояснила на рецепції, що саме працівник готелю вказав нам це місце, замість вибачень чи спроби розібратися мені відповіли, що «такого не могло бути». Така реакція залишила не менш неприємне враження, ніж сама ситуація зі штрафом. Рецепція повинна попереджати гостей про необхідність оплати паркування. Тим більше, що біля готелю дуже мало паркомісць для такої кількості номерів, тому гості змушені користуватися міським паркуванням. Якби нас одразу поінформували, цієї ситуації можна було б легко уникнути.
