Для 5- зіркового отелю не зрозуміло відсутність кавомашини та электрочайника в номері.
Pros:

Отель знаходиться в центрі Львову, що є зручним для прогулянки по центру міста.

Cons:

Відсутність каво машини та електрочайника в номері. Сніданок з 8 години ранку. Це досить пізно.
Кава на сніданок в ресторані досить гірка.

Дуже красиве ліжко в номері. Спа зона тільки для двох це дуже класно.

Pros:

Чудовий готель, чудове розташування, чудовий ввічливий персонал. Розкішний номер, в наявності, і халати, і одноразові капці. Дуже зручні ліжка, за подушки окреме велике спасибі, це така рідкість, зазвичай у орендованому житлі подушки як камені, після яких болять шиї. Окремий респект шеф кухареві за прекрасний та дуже смачний сніданок, який ще до всього був і дуже різноманітний. Наступного разу лише у цей готель. Дякую всьому персоналу за вашу працю. І окремий респект швейцару, і валізи підніс, і допоміг упакувати в багажник, і допоміг виїхати! Чесно не чекала на такий сервіз і була приємно здивована.
