Convenient, good quality hotel for a single night, but would be attractive for a longer stay
Pros:

Travelling with three generations of family we wanted a hotel with a pool close to the ferry port where we were catching the morning ferry. Rooms and beds were comfortable. The hotel was quiet. One of our three rooms has a view of the dunes. The spa was really appreciated by the family, as were the provided dressing gowns. We used the restauirant that was very good with very helpful staff. We did not take breakfast.

Cons:

Rooms were not overly large, and in one room the toilet was rather cramped. The spa pool was very busy with a lot of non-residents (it was a Saturday) and was better for adults than children.

All good.
Pros:

All ok. Nice, modern and clean. Helpful staff. Right on the beach and parking on site. Spa if you want to use it. Breakfast great.

Pros:

Propreté, gentillesse du personnel

Cons:

La fenêtre de la chambre 19 (RDC) que nous avons occupé donnait sur un mur très clair (éblouissant)situé à env 3-4 M. Un arbuste ou arbre planté devant ce mur pourrait rendre la vue plus agréable pour le prix payé pour cette chambre dans un hôtel 4*

Il manque des dotations standard pour un 4* soit
- la chaise pliante pour bagages ou un quelque chose pour poser sa valise car pas de table ou bureau dans la chambre, ni même une chaise ou tabouret qu'on pourrait utiliser pour. (La chambre disposait d'un seul fauteuil crapaud)
-pas de corde à linge dans la salle de bains pourtant si nécessaire pour suspendre votre costume de bain mouillé. (Dans tous les hôtels thalasso il y a en général ce type de dotation)

Certaines des buses à jet d'eau dans la piscine ne fonctionnent pas

plutôt que de vouloir se griser de plats alambiqués, revenir a des classiques bien préparés et tout ira bien!!
je fais ce reproche à chaque fois

Great friendly helpful staff, good facilities and lovely food.
Pros:

The staff were excellent - French is not our first language but we spoke as much as we could. All the staff were very friendly and helped when we struggled with the language.

Cons:

The room was small but that was expected given our budget, it had everything you would expect including fridge and towelling robes etc. for the spa, however we were surprised how small the toilet was to the point you had to physically press yourself against the toilet to shut the door and we are quite small and slender!

Overall great room, lovely separate walk in shower but toilet was interesting.
