Pros:

Uns hat's ziemlich gut gefallen.
Sollten wir noch mal nach Grainau kommen dann we're das Hotel am badasee die erste Wahl.

Cons:

Die Toilette separat war etwas zu klein.

An Absolute Delight with All the Amenities
Pros:

This is an absolutely gorgeous boutique hotel situated on the petite Badersee lake at the very end of a long an secluded lane. Access to the underground parking garage is quick and efficient. We only stayed one night, but wished we could have stayed much longer. Our balconies looked right out onto the cute little lake, And the water was so clear!! You could see dozens of gigantic trout swimming silently under the crystal clear water, with the humorous rowdy ducks shaking things up from time to time. The ceiling was low, so the Zugspitze was closed, but all that did was allow us to hike and explore the dark inviting forest that surrounds the lake. The hotel seems to cater to large bus groups, which meant an absolutely spectacular buffet dinner for us (arrive early to beat the throngs of elderly bus tour patrons). This is definitely the kind of place that you could just kick-back and relax for days on end, especially if the weather is clear and the mountains are out.

Cons:

There just wasn't anything not to like. There's a little lobby bar where I grabbed a bourbon (which caused a bit of sensation!), as well as the full restaurant and another "stube" bar down by the lake. The view from our balcony onto the lake while having drinks with friends was borderline therapeutic, and the whole place just has a peacefulness to it that's hard to replicate even in the most upscale locations.

Nice hotel in a quiet location
Pros:

Good quiet location and near a little village which worked well as they had a large group in and the buffet didn’t appeal to me also it was very loud with that many guests. Luckily there were a couple of restaurants just down the road.

Cons:

Again no tea/coffee facilities in the room and the curtains didn’t fit properly across the windows. Uncomfortable pillows. No blanket in the room if you needed one.

Prachtig gelegen, zeer goed ontbijt
Pros:

Prachtige locatie, mooie ruime kamer en goed ontbijt, gratis parkeren. Vanuit hotel diverse wandelingen mogelijk.
Heb wel zelf een waterkoker en mini-fridge van huis meegenomen, want deze zijn niet op de kamer aanwezig.

Krásná lokalita, kouzelný výhled z restaurace na jezero.
Pros:

Krásný pokoj s výhledem, příjemný odpočinek ve wellness, možnost zakoupení permice na vlak na Zugspitze.

Cons:

Dle kvality hotelu jsme očekávali lepší nabídku a zpracování večeře.

Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis passt nicht!!!!

Die sehr schöne Lage und die Aussicht auf den Kl. See und die Zugspitze

Cons:

Wir konnten nicht erkennen, woher die 4* Bewertung resultiert. Diese wurde wahrscheinlich vor langer Zeit vergeben und müsste angepasst werden. Weder Minibar noch Wasserkocher auf den Zimmern. Badezimmer nicht sauber und renovierungsbedürftig. Es gibt einiges zu verbessern. Halbpension würde von unserer Seite nicht erneut gebucht, da manche Kantine schmackhafter und abwechslungsreicher kocht.

Die Aussicht auf den Badersee und die Nähe zu den Bergen hat uns sehr gefallen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Schöner Wellnessbereich und absolut umsichtiges Personal.

Sehr gut und ruhig gelegenes Hotel mit Bergpanorama
Pros:

Die Zimmer waren gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das ganze Hotel war sehr stimmig und schön eingerichtet und dekoriert mit alten und neuen Gegenständen.
Die Bar war sehr gut bestückt und es war schön dort abends noch zu sitzen auf verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Der Frühstücksraum war auch sehr schön, da man in Wintergarten, in der "Holzecke" oder im restlichen Raum sitzen konnte.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück war das Obst etwas geschmacklos.
