Das Essen war sehr vielfältig und lecker.
Das sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Personal.

Cons:

Das Angebot entspricht nicht der Ausschreibung (kein zweiter Pool, kein hoteleigener Strand). Beides muss für eine sehr hohe Gebühr zwischen 28 und 45€ zugebucht werden.
Die Freundlichkeit des Hotelchefs lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man fühlt sich komplett als "Nummer".
Die Klimaanlage schaltet sich ständig alleine aus (Zimmer sehr warm).
Kein Kühlschrank im Zimmer (standen unangeschlossen im Flur).
Das kostenlos erhaltene "Begrüßungswasser" stand am Ende auch mit auf der Rechnung!

Sehr schöne Zeit in einem schönen Hotel.
Pros:

Die gute Lage, das kleine familiäre Hotel, das gute Bett für den dritten/vierten Gast, das geräumige Zimmer mit dem Meerblick vom Balkon. Toller Beachclub „Holiday Village“ mit dem das Hotel kooperiert.

Una settimana da incubo: da evitare assolutamente!

Soggiorno pessimo sotto ogni punto di vista, una settimana in pensione completa rivelatasi un vero e proprio disastro. La struttura mostra una totale mancanza di professionalità e una gestione del tutto inadeguata.


Ristorazione da incubo: Il cibo era di scarsa qualità e ripetitivo. Per 7 giorni interi il cosiddetto "buffet" ha offerto solo pomodori, carote e melanzane, senza alcuna variazione. La pasta era costantemente e completamente scotta, e i secondi piatti erano letteralmente immangiabili, tanto che non sono riuscito a toccarli. Il personale di sala si è dimostrato talmente disinteressato da ignorare per l'intera settimana che non stessi mangiando quasi nulla.

Risposta surreale della direzione: Di fronte al pessimo servizio della prima sera, ho chiesto di annullare la formula di pensione completa. Il titolare si è mostrato inflessibile e infastidito, rifiutando categoricamente e rispondendomi con arroganza: "Siamo in un 3 stelle, cosa pretende?". Avendo viaggiato molto sia in Italia che all'estero, posso affermare che la gestione avrebbe un grande bisogno di girare un po' per capire cosa offra davvero un vero hotel a 3 stelle.

Servizi accessori imbarazzanti: La palestra pubblicizzata è in realtà una struttura esterna situata a ben 1,7 km di distanza(se cerco un hotel con la palestra magari la vorrei all'interno). Inoltre, quando ho richiesto un frigobar in camera, (5€ al gg) il personale si è limitato a mollarlo fuori dalla porta, costringendomi a caricarlo in stanza da solo.

Check-out indifferente: Al momento della partenza, nessuno dello staff si è minimamente preoccupato di chiedere come fosse andato il soggiorno. Si sono limitati a un freddo "grazie e arrivederci".

Struttura assolutamente non professionale. Sconsigliatissima.
