Pros:

Cool hotel concept, it’s self serve and very way to use. Hotel rooms are modern, spacious and very clean. Great location right beside lovely shops and cafes, and right beside U bahn stations.

Pros:

La localisation de l’hôtel est agréable puisqu’elle ce situe au cœur de Berlin. De plus, l’accès au logement est rendu simple avec la technologie des clefs via les téléphones…. Il y a également un rooftop qui donne une vue magnifique sur la capitale.

Cons:

La salle de bain est plutôt mal agencé et il manque des rangements.

Neue , etwas befremdliche Erfahrung in einem völlig digitalisiertem Hotel.

Bis heute keine Rechnung erhalten.
Kenne das Weinmeister noch mit Rezeption, schönem Empfangsbereich und freundlichen Personal - schade !

A disappointing experience at what could have been a lovely hotel stay.
Pros:

Fantastic location. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning much appreciated in hot weather. Help yourself to extra tea, coffee, towels. Storage lockers for early/late arrivals.

Cons:

A few days before arrival we were told of data breach and that our personal details had been compromised. Not a great start!
A couple of hours before arrival we had email to say that the air conditioning in our room wasn’t working. We were not initially offered a different room, even though one was available. At the same time, we had message (not email) to say our room would not be ready until late. Website says members could be offered early arrival and late checkout, but despite signing up, we were not offered this. We were offered a new room eventually. An upgrade would have been nice due to the problems we experienced, but the room we were given appeared much smaller than the square footage would suggest, due to awkward layout. When we got to our room, the duvet cover had a stain on it. We contacted reception (via WhatsApp) and received an apology, but told nothing could be done until next day. Also, one of the towels had dirt on it. These were not huge problems, but certainly did not enhance our experience.

We knew about everything being automated when we booked, but the fact that there is nobody on site to help when you have a problem is very annoying, as is the fact that you need to go through an AI bot on WhatsApp, before being able to communicate with a human. Had our mobile phone not been working, I don’t know what we would have done.

When we booked breakfast (via Booking.com) it was not clear to us that it would be a few bits and would come in a little box from a nearby cafe and that we would have to eat it in bed, as the room had only one chair. Had we known this, we most certainly have not bothered.

Pros:

Super Lage direkt an der U Weinmeisterstraße. Coole Läden, Bäckereien, Cafés und Restaurants direkt um die Ecke. Vieles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Das Zimmer war groß und ruhig (lag nach hinten raus). Sehr bequemes Bett. Duschzeug und Bodylotion vorhanden. Kaffee und Tee können auf dem Zimmer zubereitet werden. Nette Dachterrasse.

Cons:

Der Online-Check-In war nervig. Dauerte länger als einchecken im Hotel. Außerdem ging das nicht über Booking COM, sondern nur über die Website oder App. Fand ich nicht gut. Und der Personalausweis musste eingescannt werden. Davor wird ja bei Booking COM immer gewarnt. Also sehr unseriös.
Außerdem ging anfangs die Klimaanlage nicht. Bei den sommerlichen Temperaturen geht das überhaupt nicht. Ein Ventilator konnte nicht zur Verfügung gestellt werden, weil angeblich schon alle weg waren. Das Fenster konnte nur minimal geöffnet werden.
Auf Mails und WhatsApp antwortet die KI. Das merkt man auch. Das angesprochene Putzpersonal spricht weder Englisch noch Deutsch. Anderes Personal ist nicht vorhanden. Man zahlt also einen Hotelpreis für Service, der nicht vorhanden ist.
