De locatie is top en ook het systeem (elektronische toegang) werkt fantastisch.

Cons:

De AC is echt waardeloos, en de ramen kunnen niet echt open. Dit zorgde ervoor dat (zeker met het warme weer) de temperatuur een beetje onaangenaam was en ook de kamer rook niet heel fris omdat je het niet echt kan doorluchten. Hierdoor niet echt super goed geslapen.

Modernes Hotel.

Cons:

Frühstück. Absolut nicht empfehlenswert!
Plötzlich steht jemand im Zimmer um sauber zu machen. Geht gar nicht!
Alles wird dort elektronischen gemacht und Service für Reinigung kann man buchen. Warum also nicht auch elektronische Vorankündigung.
Gleiches gilt für Fenster Putzen.
Daher kommt dieses Hotel nicht mehr in Frage.

Modern clean hotel in a great location
Pros:

Clean modern stylish rooms, great location and the roof terrace with a view was a bonus. The online help was responsive to any issues.

Cons:

Room a bit hot and air con didn’t seem effective, opening a window helped but there was noise from the street.

Preis-Leistung stimmt nicht, außerdem mehr AirBnb als Hotel
Pros:

Der kontaktlose Check-in und das digitale Konzept funktionieren grundsätzlich unkompliziert. Das Zimmer war modern ausgestattet und der Aufenthalt insgesamt organisatorisch problemlos. Hotel liegt zentral und in guter Lage.

Cons:

Das Konzept wirkt in der Praxis leider sehr steril, da praktisch keinerlei Kontakt zu Mitarbeitern besteht. Dadurch fühlt sich der Aufenthalt eher wie ein Airbnb oder eine Jugendherberge an als wie ein Hotel.

Das größte Problem war für mich jedoch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Bei einem Zimmerpreis von ca. 140 € pro Nacht erwarte ich zumindest eine tägliche Basisreinigung wie Betten machen oder Müllentsorgung. Stattdessen wird das Zimmer bei kürzeren Aufenthalten gar nicht gereinigt, zusätzliche Services wie frische Handtücher oder Housekeeping kosten extra. Diese Information wird auf Booking zudem nicht klar kommuniziert, sondern erst nach dem Check-in.

Die Begründung mit Nachhaltigkeit wirkt für mich wenig überzeugend. Nachhaltigkeit bedeutet nicht automatisch, komplett auf Zimmerreinigung zu verzichten - viele Hotels schaffen beides, ohne täglich Handtücher oder Bettwäsche zu wechseln.

Außerdem hing ein großer Fernseher im Zimmer, über den nicht einmal alle öffentlich-rechtlichen Sender empfangen werden konnten, was ebenfalls etwas unausgereift wirkte.

Уборку в номере не реже чем через день . Завтрак : указывать при оплате , что это снеки, а не полноценный завтрак
Pros:

Удобная кровать , в номере было все необходимое

Cons:

Отсутствие уборки на протяжении 4 дней проживания , никто не выносил мусор .
При оплате завтрака не догадались почитать отзывы .
Это не завтрак , а снеки и это стоит указывать booking сразу при оплате .
Иначе это вводит в заблуждение покупателя .
