We like Macau and our hotel.
Pros:

Especially the menager mrs.Osumi.she is so kind,helpfull.Mostly all the staffs are good but she is special.

Cons:

The only problem is most of the personel is notspeaking English.A few is speaking but not much so if you want to learn something,nearly is impossible😬

Cigarette smell
Cons:

We asked for a no smoking room, but after asking multiple times to change rooms, we realized all rooms smell like cigarettes.
