Cons:

Большая кровать - это две кровати рядом с отдельными матрасами. До центра далеко пешком, но трамвай вам в помощь.

It was very comfortable. Modern interior decor, spacious and clean room.welcome table was a plus..
Pros:

It was nice but menu remained the same for each day. No flexibility to have eggs done in a different way or have some oats prepared. It might be okay for someone staying a day or two but for someone staying longer, not the best.

Cons:

Allow some flexibility for guest to request eggs or omelette done to their taste. Try to include more chicken or beef source of protein for people who don't eat pork.

No attenzione al cliente.
Pros:

Struttura standard come hotel business.
Come però tutti gli alberghi di questa tipologia

Cons:

Sono rimasto basito della richiesta dell’early check in.
Camera pronta, sono arrivato alle 11.15 del mattino.
Check in previsto alle 15.
Capisco se la camera non fosse stata pronta, ma con camera pronta.. chiedere 20€ quando già paghi 250€ dí camera, e’ una esagerazione.
Solo per posare le valigie in camera.
Lasciate in reception xche poi sono uscito.
Ossessione per il cliente.
Sicuramente la prossima volta sceglierò altro hotel.
